Eight foot Mahogany doors welcome you into the main foyer. The open floor plan and imported marble give a very warm and welcoming feeling. The views from the front door lead straight out the sliding glass door, look across the vanishing edge swimming pool and continue on to the Caloosahatchee River.
In the kitchen a flat panel TV as well as a sub zero refrigerator and granite galore are waiting for you. If the kitchen doesn't offer enough excitement the outdoor wood Pizza oven will ensure plenty of excitement on your vacation.
The 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths plus an additional half bath offer enough space to sleep 8 comfortably. The upstairs additional TV room and elegant couches are ideal for relaxing and quiet time. This home's feature's are too many to mention, you just have to see it to believe it.

Beautiful house, beautiful location, very spacious and accommodating
Overall, the experience was great! The only draw back was trying to get the hot tub to heat up. We called the pool maintenance guy several times to help us. He was very friendly and told us to just read through the user manual, but things still didn't work out so we used the hot tub as a pool for our little one. Also, the master bedroom didn't provide much privacy as the entry door also serves as an entry for the other downstairs bedroom. Things got a little awkward at points because we were sharing the home with 2 other families!
I had the pleasure of recently renting this villa a week ago. The villa is absolutely lovely. The location is great -- easy access to local activities and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Some road noise being close to the bridge, but not enough to be disruptive. The outdoor spaces are fabulous for taking in the gorgeous views. Even though the weather was less than cooperative during our stay, the outdoor spaces (and indoor space) allowed us to have a fabulous time despite the rain.
The inside of the villa is very well appointed. Everything you need is there and then some. Clean is an understatement. Ernst and Hili were great to deal with, as was Steffen from the management company. We saw a few dolphins during out stay and lots of fish by the dock. Made some fabulous meals in the well appointed kitchen. A most relaxing and enjoyable vacation. I highly recommend this rental. Thanks Ernst and Hili for a lovely week, and for the ease in making arrangements! Hope to be back in the not too distant future!

The house exceeded expectations. VERY nice. The pool was a little small but it worked. Fishing was great off the dock. My wife caught a stingray and a Saw Shark. Very relaxing

Beautiful property and was well maintained. The pool was great and easy to use. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The house had lots of room to spread out and relax. If we return to the area, we will definetly try to get this house again.
Great villa in need of an update
If you are short of time read just the last paragraph.
Positive - Stunning views across the river. Amazing sunrises. Great space, massive lounge with crazy high ceilings on the ground floor, big kitchen and a good layout overall. Location - short drive to some superb beaches (we went to Sanibel/Captiva most days), supermarket, hardware store and great restaurants (Fish Tales, Slates etc.) 4 minutes by car or a 25 minute walk away. Fantastic pool, just be aware that maintenance can turn up whilst you are out rendering the pool unusable for 2 hours of your stay.
Neutral - Next to 4 lane sail bridge, although this is a busy road we didn't find noise too annoying, also consider if the bridge wasn't there the we presume the daily rental would be a lot more.
Negative - Place is very tired, in need of some serious TLC, this could be a result of the owners may not be wanting to invest any further in a property that is up for sale. AV set-up isn't far off a farce, no Netflix or Amazon on any TV's, cable set-up doesn't allow access to most channels and the content repeats daily, literally the exact same programs on the same channels the next day! Really not good with a bored 4 year old. DVD player was broken, replaced by rep on 3rd day but just left in a box, why should I be messing around with cables in the back of an old dusty TV on holiday?! Wi-Fi doesn't work beyond the main room downstairs, no signal upstairs, front of house or by the pool. Hob ignition has to be done with a lighter, seriously, $xxx a night and we get a camping stove! Place generally needs a good clean, plastic flowers with years of dust, the view from the upstairs shower window is edged by cobwebs and dead flys, when I let the rep know how dirty the windows were he said he'd book a clean, but not on our stay - great. Numerous broken tiles. Pillows with no covers. Air con in main bedroom rattling will keep most light sleepers awake.
On our last day we were asked if we would mind if some perspective buyers looked around the property whilst we were there, really?!
Overall a great villa in need of updating, when we left our beautiful London home we really weren't expecting a serious downgrade with a seriously upgraded view.
This is right only recently built in Spanish style estate on the Caloosahatchee River, and they can create as, with a boat within a few minutes by boat to explore the beautiful coastal beaches Sanibel or just for lunch at the Yacht Club or Fort Myers go to great restaurants with boat dock. The public beach of Cape Coral is 7min walk from the house. The views from the huge terrace, the balcony, and three of the four bedrooms have stunning views of the bay of the wide river, where you can regularly see manatees and dolphins. As this exclusive neighborhood is right near the bridge, they are within 5 minutes in Fort Myers, from here they get to all major outlets malls top restaurants or Naples. Within 10 minutes you can find several restaurants, supermarkets, delicatessen supermarkets, golf courses, as well as doctors, pharmacies and gas stations.
