From the ferry, the apartment in Zone 1 is easily accessible by car, bus and taxi.

The entrance is barrier-free.

In the house you can get to the spacious lift - also with wheelchair (no E-Rolli) or walker, baby carriage etc. well possible - which takes you to level 01, where the 54 square meter apartment is located. It is equipped with 1 bedroom, 1 living room with sofa, dining area and a comfortably equipped kitchenette (stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker, raclette for special occasions), 1 floor heating Bathroom with shower & stool & WC, hallway and a large non-visible terrace. The fully open window front in the living room gives the apartment a pleasant brightness and friendly ambience. The sun shines from late morning until evening. Due to the basement, the terrace is very sheltered and can therefore be enjoyed from spring to autumn at pleasant temperatures. Cozy barbecue huts remain a great holiday experience. Also at wellness was thought (sauna in the house). Washer / dryer

The apartment is recommended for 2-3 adults. Also possible are 4 people - but then 2 adults and 2 children (of which one baby in the cot).

Our apartment is ideal for disabled guests. However, if the degree of disability is very high, we recommend accommodation on the island, which is really specialized in the wishes and special needs of this guest circle.

sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Wetter war kühl und wechselhaft ,da war die Fußbodenheizung im Bad sehr angenehm und die windgeschützte Terrasse die ja eigentlich aus dem Souterrain ins Freie geht ( aber trotzdem wirklich sonnig ist) perfekt. In 15 Minuten zu Fuß waren wir in einem Strandkorb am Nordstrand . Zum Anschauen der Brandung also zum Meer nur 2 Minuten, zweimal ums Eck..

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Ostfriesland und Norderney und ein bisschen überrascht wie voll die Stadt Mitte August ist .. fast schon zuviel Getriebe für unseren Geschmack.

Sehr positiv war die Barrierefreiheit um die man sich auf Norderney bemüht, für unser Tochter im Rollstuhl. Zwar waren nicht alle Restaurants stufenlos erreichbar aber am Strand gab es gute Einrichtungen und sehr freundliche hilfsbereite " Bay Watchers". Ihr ist nur W Lan sehr abgegangen( ohne Internet geht für die Jugend gar nicht mehr) Insgesamt ist unser Resümee: Sehr schöne Insel(wenn auch im Hochsommer überlaufen) und eine moderne gemütliche und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung die wir absolut weiterempfehlen können.

Uns hat diese Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Sie ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

The modern house Sonnenhaken, built in 2003, located in the quiet Goebenstraße is only 200 meters away from the open sea. Your beach chair, for example at Kaiser meadow can be reached on foot in less than five minutes. From here you can easily arrives at the Thalasso Spa path no. 2 (accessible), which is convenient to deal with disabled access. To the north beach, beach chair, restaurants, halfpipe, kiteboarding, surfing, bike rental, children's playground, mini golf, tennis one in a few minutes. For shopping, just five minutes from the city center. The needs for daily consumption can be met by 2 corners around the deli. The closest restaurants or pubs with many options can be found in the Knyphausenstraße. To the spa you need 10 minutes. A good medical care is on the island all year no problem.

On the car can therefore in most cases of young and a bit older be waived (car-free zone 1).
