The distance to the beach is about 1 500 m., Shops, supermarket and restaurants appr. 1 200 m. The Santa Maria Golf restaurant is only a 5 min walk.

The terrace of our apartment offers exciting views over the Mediterranean Sea, when clear weather to the north coast of Africa, and over the golf course of Santa Maria.

Even in winter the temperature is at noon easily reach 18-20 ° C. and is a stay at the beach a real pleasure.

On less than a 3-4 hours flight you will find a wonderful holiday destination in a quiet, peacefull, sun-secure but always exciting area .

Travelling: Most guests fly to Malaga and rent a car at the airport at one of the many car rental companies.

From Malaga airport it is appr. a half hour drive to the meetingpoint with our keyholder. We have a special arrangement with car rental company Helle Hollis. Our guests are entitled to benefit from this car rental agreement and they enjoy 15% discount.

They meet at the meeting point with our key holder and he brings them to our apartment.

Guests can also choose for our keyholder's transport from the airport to our apartment and back.

Sun and beach: The Costa del Sol is one of the sunniest regions in Europe.

The Marbella area enjoys over 320 days sun/year.

On the numerous sandy beaches you can practise a wide selection of sports activities. Furthermore bars, restaurants, shoppingcentres, sightseeing and everything that makes a stay on the Costa del Sol unforgettable.

We are a Dutch couple and owners of 2 holiday homes in the Marbella aera, a 2 bed/bathroom in Puerto Banus and a 1 bed/bathroom in Elviria.

Twice a year we spend a couple of weeks in Marbella to check both properties and to make sure they remain in a perfect state and to secure that all is complete and all appliances are working.

Furthermore this offers the opportunity to talk to our keyholder to get informed about the requirements he believes could be hepfull to improve the attractiveness of our apartment.

We are always happy to hear that our common efforts satisfy our guests and these efforts make them decide to ask for a reservation for the next year.

We live in Zeeland, the south-west of the Netherlands, close to the border with Belgium.

The apartment has been completed in November 2006 and has a spacious living room and bedroom and a luxurious bathroom. In the living room DVD player, radio and satellite. TV available.
