The house enjoys a tranquil location between Sjohageløo
Orchards right on Osafjord in Ulvik. In a small way
get, old houses over, down to the fjord to
the old trading center Øydvinstod. A few hundred years old
Boathouses surrounded the house.
The house was rebuilt by ourselves of 2002. Originally
it was used for 70 years as a barn.
The old spruce wood of the barn gives the interior of
Sjohageløo a very special atmosphere.
Going out of Sjohageløo, one arrives at a
Terrace that surrounds the house almost completely.
In spring and autumn the sheep are called our
Guests always welcome, on the surrounding
Orchards grazed. From here you have a breathtaking
Overlooking the Osafjord and out of the water
towering cliffs and forests of Osafjells.
Sjohageløo is the ideal starting point for hikes
in Ulvik and environment. By car Bergen, only 120km.
