The app. Montanas Verdes is part of a private residence in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza. The apartment is located in the 1st floor and is fine for 2-5 persons. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace and a large balcony overlooking the subtropical park of the residence and the pool. The decor is very tasteful spanish-style, high-quality furniture is complemented by the beautiful pictures and decoration objects. For your comfort there is also air conditioning, dishwasher, 2 fully equipped bathrooms and the coffee-machine. The fireplace completes the picture. Especially appreciate the large, wrap-around balcony with comfortable seating. Here you can leisurely breakfast, enjoy the view of the park or spend the evening with a glass of wine. The 3 bedrooms can be darkened by shutters.

Urbanisaziones Montes Verde in Ibiza: The apartment is part of an exclusive private residence, Montanas Verdes. The two buildings are located in a well maintained park with palmtrees, many beautiful roses and bouganivilles. Here is also the great pool situated (25x15m) where you can swim all year long. At the pool area you will find umbrellas and sunchairs. In summer there is an itaieln pool-bar that offers driks, icecream, snacks etc.

To the sandy beach you walk only some minutes. In the neibourhood you will find some shops and restaurants. To Santa Eulalia you can also go by feet and there are many restaurants, shops, harbour. It is a beautiful town.

Good location, spacious apartment, great pool area

Great location and value for money. The kitchen was disappointing. The oven and hob did not work well. The dishwasher stank terribly and we could not use it. After using it once it made the apartment smell bad for days.

Superb apartment and great location

The property was perfect for my family and I ,three small children , they loved the pool area and the bar was a really friendly place to get a drink and snack.the apartment block was so peaceful especially in the evening and the apartment itself was spacious , clean and well maintained. We would go back without hesitation and would recommend this to any one.there is a small shop,bar,resteraunt called Savomar approx 100m away with great food in the evenings and a small shop that sells most things you need.Overall a great place to stay !

Conforme à la description ( balcon très sympa et bien exposé ) l appartement est très propre et tout était prêt à notre arrivée

Nous avons juste eu un soucis le lendemain de notre arrivée ( lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas ) et en fin de semaine l évier de la cuisine s est bouché ..... et difficile de faire intervenir quelqu'un sur place !

The apartment is great, so are the garden and pool

We did have a very pleasant stay at your apartment and Ibiza! The apartment is great, so are the garden and pool.

(Just a little feedback: the frying pan was a bit old and did not fry properly. But we did not know how to explain that in Spanish).

We would definitely like to stay here again when we go back to Ibiza.

Santa Eulalia is the third largest city on the island of Ibiza and is just 21 kilometers from the airport. The charming place is a popular resort with families and tranquility. The long, wide sandy beach with shallow waters safe for children is bordered by a beautiful palm-lined promenade. There are many good restaurants, a varied cultural offer and a daily funny market. From the harbor you can take interesting excursions by boat. The apartment is located in the district of Montana Verdes siesta. You go to the beach just a few meters. A nice walk along the beach takes you in 15 minutes to the city center with its array of restaurants, quaint shops, etc.. The location of the apartment is quiet, no street noise can be heard only the rustle of the palm trees and the sea, which is almost on the doorstep. A bakery, a convenience store and a few restaurants are also nearby. There is a bus stop nearby, so you can easily also go to Ibiza town and other beaches.
