EAT-IN OR DINE-OUT: The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen. Food delivery to the beach or your condo is available from Seagrapes Restaurant, next door to the neighboring resort. There are many restaurants throughout the island, including Red Hook - 1 mile away. Rent a car, call a taxi or take the $1 bus that leaves at the end of the driveway.

EASILY EXPLORE OTHER ISLANDS! The ferry terminal is in Red Hook, 1 mile from your condo. It leaves every hour for the 20 minute trip to Cruz Bay, St. John. Visit Cruz Bay for shopping or dinner or take your car/rent a taxi for a day trip to snorkel the underwater trail at Trunk Bay. The ferry also makes day trips to Tortola, from where you can explore BVI Virgin Gorda Baths and Jost Van Dyke!

TERMS OF AGREEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: One night's rent damage deposit is required. Damage deposit is fully refundable within 30 days after rental, if there is no damage to property or missing items.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: Two nights rent is due within 7 days of reservation, which will be deducted from the full rental price. The condo will be held out of the rental pool for 7 days from your reservation date. If your deposit is not received within 7 days, the condo will be considered available for booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: High Season & Thanksgiving: Refunds only if property can be re-rented for the same period. If re-renting is successful, there will be a 10% re-booking fee. Otherwise, no refund will be available.

Low Season: In all cases, if condo is re-rented, only a 10% re-booking fee will apply. Otherwise, terms are 30+ days notice, full refund less 10% re-booking fee. 16-30 days notice, 50% of rental is forfeited, if not re-rented. Less than 16 days notice, no refund, if not re-rented.

CHANGING DATES: You many change dates, based on availability, with a $100 change fee.

We absolutely love the location; there is not a more beautiful place in the world! We also love having a warm place to 'escape' to, during our cold, Pennsylvania winters.

What makes this condo unique

We love the privacy that the condo and beach provides, while being close to town and activities. St John is a short 15 minute ferry ride from Red Hook (1 mile away), providing a great combination with St. Thomas' activities and dining.

My daughter and I just spent a week in Karen's C-28 condo. The condo had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and we each had our own bathroom! We ate breakfast and lunch on the screened in porch overlooking the most beautiful ocean view ever! Then we would go out to dinner in the evening to Red Hook or some other local restaurant. Karen gives you all kinds of helpful information so you feel at home while you are there. We took the Breakaway Boat Tour one day and all you had to do is walk over to the marina. The beach outside the condo was never crowded and we were given very good care by the beach attendant Diane! If you go to St. Thomas, this is definitely the place to stay!

Again, 2nd time using the same condo everything was wonderful we love sitting in the screened in porch and looking out over the beautiful maintained grounds seeing that turquoise water snorkeling, found the turtles

Wonderful Vacation Staying C-28!

We just returned home from C-28. Everything was awesome! We could see the beautiful sapphire beach directly from the living room. The beach was only 2 minutes walk from the condo. On the beach we went snorkeling and saw a bunch of fish. We also enjoyed the free chairs provided by the owners group.

The location of this condo was perfect. It was close to coki beach and red hook (about 5 minutes drive). We drove from the airport on the night we arrived. We though it could be difficult to find it but we made it easily!

Watch the signs on the left side of RT-38 and the "Crystal cove sapphire bay west" will finally pop out. Parking space was more than needed so we never had a problem finding a spot.

In the condo we found everything we needed for cooking. Also the A/C was powerful, hot water was stable, and the beds including the Murphy beds were comfortable. The wifi was not fast but not bad for email and web browsing. The environment was very peaceful at night so we had good sleep every night.

This is my first time to have a vacation rental, and it is a wonderful beginning. Thanks to Karen's amazing C-28 and we will definitely recommend it to our friends.

A Wonderful Condo on one of the BEST beaches in St. Thomas

We've been to St. Thomas a number of times over the past 10 years and we have found no better spot to stay than Sapphire Beach. This condo is the best we've found thus far, and having been newly renovated, it is definitely one we will return to in the future. It has all the amenities you could need and you're literally 2 minutes from the beach whenever you step out the door (if you walk at island pace!) And when you do get to the sand, Diane is waiting with the chairs. Once you arrive, there's very little reason to leave the complex. Snorkeling is great right off the shore, with turtles, rays (eagle & stingrays), all kinds of fish, and I finally found an octopus this trip living in the cinder blocks just off the beach. There are all kinds of corals and sea fans as well towards the marina side of the bay. Food from 'Off the Hook' on the hill above Sapphire Resort is amazing. The only time we left was to go to St John for a day. There is plenty of room as well in this condo for 4+ people. Loved every minute of the stay and can't wait to come back again. Definitely consider this high up on the list if you're looking to stay on the east end of the island! You won't regret it.

EXCELLENT CONDO ON BEAUTIFUL SAPPHIRE BEACH

I took my daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren to this beautiful unit and beach for 10 days in March. Wonderful memories were made with my grandchildren and I cannot wait to return. Karen made the rental process very pleasant and the packet of information sent in advance was priceless. Do not think twice about choosing this unit. Norma was GREAT!!

Great Condo! Great Location!

This was a fantastic place to stay for our 10 year anniversary. We don't like being around a lot of other tourist, so being on the back side of the island away from the hustle and bustle of cruise ships was a big plus. The condo is in great shape and we found lots of water based equipment that we could use in the condo. There is a great view of St. John from the beach and plenty of area to walk around. It is a short 1 mile to the ferry to go to St. John or Tortola, which we did both. I would recommended this to anyone going to St. Thomas.
