Casa Fiesta is featured in a blog in Vallarta Lifestyles Magazine. And the pictures are much better than mine! Check them out further down the listing.
Casa Fiesta is your perfect in town location - a single-level,tastefully remodeled beach home, one-half block from the beach, restaurants, shops, and internet cafe. Sit in the shade under the pergola of your outdoor living/dining room and rest or read. It's perfect for people watching, or hailing the fresh produce truck or shrimp vendor as he goes by. Or sit under the pergola-covered outdoor living room in the back pool area which is completely walled for your privacy.
Walk across the street for a day on beautiful San Pancho beach. Rinse off on the way back under your outdoor shower and go inside by one of three different entrances for a quiet siesta: two queen bedrooms, one double twin, and a trundle bed in living room. Let the maid take care of all your dirty duds with our added laundry room.

We really enjoyed our stay in San Pancho. The town is calm and peaceful. The beach is a short walk from the house. We really enjoyed cocktails on the beach at sunset while the kids played in the sand. The beach is beautiful, but the beach in San Pancho is better for surfing than playing in the water. We took a short taxi ride to Sayulita for boogie boarding and playing in the waves. The pools at the house were perfect for our family. My 3 year old loved the little pool while my older kids liked the deep pool. The bedrooms in the house are air conditioned and this kept the house cool enough for us. Like many tropical places, there were mosquitoes. We arranged to have dinner made at the house on the night we arrived which was delicious and a very special treat after a travel day. I also highly recommend the horse back riding: the horses picked us up at the house! Ramon helped make our trip great. He was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to any problems that arose.
Two couples stayed at Casa Fiesta the first week in 2016 and it was a delight. The front and back gardens were well designed and made us feel we were in paradise. We ate dinner every night in the private back garden by the pool. We fixed dinners in the ample kitchen with everything that was needed except spices. In the morning we would take a 4 minute walk to the beach, coffee in hand and in the evening take a glass of wine and watch the sunset. It is walking distance to any place in San Pancho, so no car is needed. Nice neighbors too!
We loved everything about Casa Fiesta! The big sliding door that brings the garden inside , the wonderful variety of lounging areas, the small but deep, pool, the outside dining area, the kitchen with plenty of utensils, all were very much appreciated. Everything is close by and convenient. The town is very friendly and non threatening. We wandered about without a worry. Mary has created a seamless experience with Diva Tours picking us up at the airport and delivering us safely. Ramone met us at the door with a big smile and explained everything well. He made us feel welcome and quickly responded to all of our needs. This lovely casa is truly an oasis, a quiet retreat, a romantic spot to experience the beautiful town and people of San Pancho. Many thanks to Mary, Ramone, and all the behind the scenes people. Casa Fiesta is a delight!
This 3 bedroom/3 bath, private home with a pool in a botanical garden is incredible! I usually don't share secret finds, but Casa Fiesta is so wonderful I'd feel guilty not letting you in on this gem in San Pancho, MX.
Casa Fiesta sits a half block from one of Mexico's most beautiful beaches where the Pacific meets the jungle, 55 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport. San Pancho reminds me of a tropical Carmel, CA with art galleries, excellent restaurants, a spa and fun boutiques steps from your door. Sunday brunch at the Polo Club by the beach is a must!
To be honest, I didn't cook, but the kitchen is a chef's delight with a six-burner stove and top-of-the-line pots and pans.
At night my husband and I floated in Casa Fiesta's private pool surrounded by tropical flowers and twinkly lights in what I think the Garden of Eden looked like.
Guess what? Casa Fiesta comes with your very own concierge! Bilingual Ramon is a phone call away for whatever you need. He can help plan day trips, offer dining suggestions, book a masseuse. My husband and I were treated like royalty. Thanks Ramon!
Here's the cherry! What a bargain whether you're flying solo, honeymooners or a party of six. Okay. Now the cat is out of the bag. Just leave room for our return.
Happy sunrise and sunsets!
Wow! It was one of the most Romanic experiences that we have ever enjoyed. We decided to stay in Casa Fiesta to celebrate our anniversary. Mary organized a fabulous private romantic catered dinner for two, with the entire backyard lit up with candles and a trail of rose pedestals leading us to our four course delicious dinner prepared by a top rated chef. We will always remember fondly our time that we spent in Casa Fiesta. Thank you Mary and Ramon (house manager) for all the details and attention you gave us. Your the Best!
We just stayed at Casa Fiesta for 4 days with 2 families (including 2 toddlers). We had never been to this area, and stayed for 4 days in San Pancho and then 7 days in Sayulita. San Pancho is much more chill and laid back, less tourists and crowds. The location is great, especially with children. We planned to rent a car but Mary suggested we rethink that. I'm glad because there is NO NEED for a car, especially for a short stay when you are not exploring surrounding areas. It is a small town and you can walk the whole town in about 10-20 minutes. I had also heard there were not as many amenities so we went grocery shopping when we first arrived in PVR. Again, we were mistaken- there are plenty of small shops, a butcher, small groceries, as well as street vendors selling everything from fresh tortillas to basic foods and toiletries. If you do want specific things or a larger selection then I would suggest grocery shopping at the Mega or another large store in PVR.
5 Stars for location. The house is less than a block from the beach, around the corner from a plaza with a playground, and about a block from the main strip with all the restaurants, shops, etc. There's a great community center too. The house is right in town but still has nice fenced in private patios in both the front and the back.
I would give the house 4.5 stars. Loved the decor and floor plan. Small kitchen with basics like cookware and purified water. A/C was a little hard to control. The pool was unheated but luckily our kids didn't care and we didn't have to get in with them because they have a shallow kids pool! Awesome! In case it rains, there is a nice indoor living room which I realize many other rental houses do not have. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's beautiful.
I would also give them 5 stars for customer service. Mary was good about e-mailing me info and responding to questions. A note on payment: I was a little wary of depositing a check into Mary's bank account since I've never done that before. But it was totally legit and Mary e-mailed me right away confirming she had received payment and we were paid in full. Ramon is the house manager who was there when we arrived to greet us and go over the tour and instructions. He also came right away when we needed a refill on water. And to top it off, he actually drove to Sayulita to meet us and bring 2 items we left at the house. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
