The location of your apartment is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent your place again for our future visit.

This little gem was in a great location! We had easy access to walking to Notre Dame, metro stations and bus stops. The apartment is hop, skip and a jump from the Luxembourg Gardens. A boulangerie was down the street, a laundry right across the street and a quick grocery two doors down. The owners were extremely professional and courteous. They will answer any questions quickly by email. the price was right for the two of us, far better than getting a tiny hotel room with paper-thin walls with the toilet down the hall! It was amazingly quiet, we only heard the neighbors if we were in the hallway. I was extremely satisfied and the stay exceeded my expectations.
The toilet and shower are very small....good thing I am, too! But if you want to stay somewhere at a great price, this is the one. Everywhere else I looked was downright highway robbery.
They could use some new pillows as they were very flat, like a folded coat in a pillowcase. We didn't use the tv so can't comment on that. I ironed on the bed since I couldn't locate a board. We did cook a few egg dishes and stove worked fine. There isn't a trash can, too crowded for one. It is very small but the bed was comfortable and we were hardly ever there. I wasn't expecting space so if you want more don't rent a studio! My college studio was twice as big but it wasn't in Paris!
Toilet was a lot to be desired...it was very noisy and it overflowed once!! So don't use too much TP! I live in Tucson where we try to conserve water and I'm an environmentalist but flush this one after each use! Gross to read about but I thought I would advise you, the potential renter!
Overall, a great find! I've always had fabulous stays through VRBO and this one was the smallest place I've stayed at but this is Paris! Great home away from home for those looking for a great location and an unbeatable price...I would stay again but I love variety so would pick another of the owners' properties!
