Townhome, 4 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 9)
Overall we had pleasant experience. There is a public beach which the kids liked to find crabs and shells (not for swimming). Salem was an easy drive over the bridge. The pictures online make it look big than it is. Only 3 out of the 5 sleeping areas had air conditioners because the types of windows but it would have been nice if they provided fans. The refrigerator looked like it had a leak so the floor in the kitchen was warped down the middle leaving large cracks in between the wood. The code to get into the house didnt work when we first arrived and we had to call the property manager, she fixed the issue within minutes. Overall the house suited our needs.
Nice and accommodating
Liann was very kind and accommodating. The place was very full and colorful with a lot of stylish furniture. The only issue was that there was no ac in the apartment even though the listing had said there was. Liann told us this weekend was the 1st weekend of warm weather they had for the year so I understood and she was willing to come put the window ac units in for us while we were there. It would have just been nice to get a heads up.
Thank you for the kind compliments. Good news! AC units are installed. Let the cooling begin! :)
Nice North Shore Stay
Place was pretty nice, full bath nicely finished as was the kitchen. Beds quite comfortable with nice little office space/laundry room. Porch was nice surprise except for the toe or fingernail clippings that were on the floor and rotting bananas on the table. Driveway steep and tight but nice to be able to park off the street.
Thank you William for the kind compliments of RiverView! It is so stylishly furnished, and convenient to Salem and Beverly's sites.
Oh My Goodness - I am very embarrassed at having missed those items on the back porch! We pride ourselves on providing sparkling clean homes. I suspect the rush of the holiday weekend was a contributing factor. Please know that if you had told us, we'd have been right there to fix it.
Great place to stay!
This home was cozy and clean! We enjoyed our stay!
