About Dan Boyce
Teresa and I live in Visalia and are readily available to help our guests with any needs that might come up. We have been on life's journey together since 1974 and have lived in various parts of California including San Gabriel (Dan's hometown), Willits (Teresa's hometown), Scotts Valley (Where we met!), San Jose, Sacramento, Fresno and San Andreas. We spent 3 years in Chicago for post grad work and in Bellingham, WA for 5 years. We both currently work at Kaweah Delta Health Care District in Visalia. Teresa works in administration and Dan works with hospice. And our side gig is running our STR for your enjoyment while visiting our community. We enjoy spending time with our kids (5) and grandkids (7), trips to the coast and the Sierras, sitting on the patio reading and taking dips in our pool or relaxing in our hot tub.

If traveling to the Visalia area, I would prefer to stay at this house rather than with family or in a motel.
The home is adorable! Very clean, updated appliances, comfortable beds... very relaxing. Dan, the owner was very accommodating, responsive to questions and very easy to work with!
If ever my husband and I need to return to the Valley we would stay again in a heartbeat!
My only regret is that we didn’t stay an additional day!
Everything was as it said it would be, there was a neighbors dog that would bark but you never heard it unless you went outside because I’m guessing they had it’s bark “fixed”. Me and my crew worked all night and slept all day u desturded. Thanks Again!!
Comfort away from home
Everything about this place was perfect! Communication with owner, check in process. The house felt very comforting when we walked in. Almost like we had been there before. Highly recommend!!
The home looked better than the pictures.
Easy entrance. Clean, well kept home and yard. TV worked on basic cable. I used my Roku instead using streaming video. Plenty of bandwidth. Air conditioner was easy to set. Showers stocked with soap and towels. Beds comfortable with extra pillows. Plenty of cold water available in the refrigerator. Checkout was easy. Overall great experience.
We attended my twin grandsons graduation. Visalia was hot that week. Showers and air conditioning made it bearable.
Thank you for your review! We appreciated the opportunity to host you and are glad you enjoyed the house. Please keep us in mind when you come this way again.
Day trips to three national parks, Sequoia National Park, Kings Canyon National Park and Yosemite National Park.
