We rented this house for friends to stay during a convention in Ashland. The friends reported a lovely location and smooth check in.
This lovely cottage and the surrounding land was perfect for our four day stay in Ashland. Close enough for the play and so relaxing to come back to. The cottage is well appointed and was just fine for the three of us to use and be comfortable. The deck was a plus as a bird and squirrel watching platform and to enjoy morning tea. Even with the wildfire smoke we were fine and cool at night. The AC was a welcome addition. Jim had many good suggestions of the surround area as well as just enjoyable to chat with. Plan to return next time we are in the área. Or just make an excuse to come back.
Close enough to Ashland to take advantage of all the town has to offer, yet far enough out to give you that "living in the country" feel.
Excellent value for money
The property is in a peaceful location very close to immigrant lake. The owners are friendly. The deck is thoroughly enjoyable in the summer with an expansive view of the oaks that is fully private.
The only minor drawback we had was we would have liked the kitchen to have a stove top. It only has a single hot plate so if you aren’t grilling all your meals on the deck barbecue, it can be a bit time consuming to get cooking done.
Quiet, easy, clean, beautiful location with quick access to downtown Ashland. Jim and Jenni are great! Thanks for the stay!
Thank you!! Thank you!!

Getting away from it all
Enjoyed the shade of the oak tree in back that wrapped into the corner of the deck. Grilling dinner and eating outside was a perfect way to enjoy the long summer evenings. And the board games were a plus! Bed was super comfy...looking forward to coming back.
Thank You !! Thank You!!
