Your Little Haven in the Heart of Seattle! 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Open Concept Living
About Teresa Simon
City Haven II was built in response to the positive feedback we received from the original City Haven (vrbo Listing 585829) which is located right next door! These homes are part of a love story that started back in 2004 when I purchased this house. The following year, my now husband moved from New York and bought the house next door. When we met, I asked him to move his garbage cans out of my driveway. But soon I started asking him to salsa dancing. And then he asked me to dinner. We fell in love! The man who bought the house next door married the girl next door (me!). Two kids and a few years later, we kept the homes a rentals and moved a few blocks North. I left my job at Microsoft and we started buffing, remodeling, scraping and decorating these homes we've come to love. City Haven II is the result of a recent remodel that's turned this old 1920's Craftsman into a modern beauty with period charm. We're Team Simon and our whole family works to make this a place you'll love to call home for a while. We love it! And we hope you'll love it, too.

Why Teresa Simon chose Fremont
We bought this home for the same reason you'll want to stay here.... close to Green Lake (swimming, paddle boats, golf)! Close to the Zoo (animals, outdoor summer concerts)! Grocery store 3 blocks away (last minute wine and snacks)! Right next to the express bus to downtown and close to all the great restaurants in Fremont (cook, schmook... let's go out to eat)! It's the perfect centralized hub to live like a local while still being close to everything the downtown area has to offer. Home away from home!

Comfortable and spacious!
What a charming place to stay while visiting Seattle. Great if you have children as it is so spacious and close the the zoo. The unit is especially well finished and decorated, lots of natural light (skylights and windows) and well thought out electrical lighting throughout. We were impressed with how quiet the unit is. The kitchen area is well appointed (gas stove!) and large enough to comfortabley cook for a family.
What a gorgeous house that was so nice and clean. The property owner was so nice and answered questions very prompt. If you want to be in a downtown urban setting this is your place.
Beautiful and stunning place perfect for a family of 4
The place is beautiful, location excellent. The bathroom was beyond stunning, and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I would definitely return again and again. I only have 1 piece of constructive criticism. This place is absolutely perfect for a family of 4. We have a family of 6. The sofa bed is really not comfortable. Other than that, this place is absolutely perfect.
Gorgeous Property! Great location!
This property has everything and more. Very nicely remodeled. The unit has everything you need. Loved the location and the parking spot in back. Teresa was very helpful and nice.
This 2 bedroom duplex was wonderful. Very comfortable and spacious. About 1 and a half miles from SPU campus. Grab this place if it’s available!
What a Find!
On our annual visit to Seattle to visit our daughter, we decided to stay in City Haven II in lieu of a hotel. At the end of the day, the cost isn't much different, and you have all the comforts of home.
The house is spacious, with nice sitting areas in both the front and back. The kitchen and living room are great, with everything you need if you are preparing meals at the house. The beds are very comfortable, with good pillows and sheets.
Being familiar with the area, we loved that both Upper Fremont and Wallingford are easy walks. There is a grocery store just over a block away, and lots of great restaurants. This is a can't miss place to stay in North Seattle.
