This 5-star Nice apartment is spacious, stylish and sunny with a stunning panoramic view and a large balcony ideal for lazing and for dining. It accommodates 2 people in great style - or 3, or 4.. Entitled 'Le Panoramic' - it is a 1-bedroomed apartment which is as spacious as most 2-bedroomed apartments. This apartment in Nice is situated on the 3rd floor accessed by lift or stairs in a private, well-maintained building. PRIVATE Ground-floor GARAGE. The property is situated in a wonderfully commanding position on raised ground at Mont Boron, the most sought-after part of Nice, appreciated by Elton John and by many internationally famous personalities who choose to live here, and where the Nice estate agents themselves seem to prefer to live! The panoramic view is spectacular day and night. To the south-east and the south the beautifully blue Mediterranean, to the south-west right across the Baie des Anges (Bay of Angels) to Antibes and beyond some 25 miles to the Esterel mountains, to the west along the Promenade des Anglais, the Chateau Hill and park and behind that the town, and to the north-west the magnificent mountains standing behind Grasse and St Paul de Vence. 5-stars. Highly recommended. Wonderful all-year around.

A truly magnificent view - day and night. large balcony. Use of my own private garage at no extra charge. Parking in Nice is very difficult particualerly at night, If you are going to have a car for any of the time whilst you are in Nice it is vital that you have somewhere private to park it !.

This very large 1-bedroomed apartment with a spacious balcony has a magnificent panoramic view. At night-time the Chateau Hill and park are dramatically illuminated and tens of thousands of lights twinkle all around the Bay. No single photograph, day or night, can match the experience of enjoying this magnificent 180° Cote d’Azur panorama.

It is a seven-minute stroll to the beaches - Coco Beach and Plage de la Reserve - the delightful Parc Vigier, the marina where all the billionaires' yachts are moored, and the old port surrounded by a marvellous selection of charming restaurants, and there are excellent local shops and a big supermarket. It is ten minutes to the Chateau Hill and Park, the fascinating Old Town, the Flower Market, the Antiques Quarter, the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beautiful Place Massena with its impressive fountains. For those who prefer not to walk, there is a bus stop just 150 metres from the apartment (St Aignan - Route Nos. 30 and 32a).

  • The large double bedroom, has twin beds and bases which make a king-size double, or can be separated to make twin beds if you prefer. Again there are French windows from the bedroom out on to the balcony giving you the same fantastic panoramic views. There are two more single fold-up beds, with proper mattresses (usually stored in the wardrobe) should you need them, and there is plenty of room in the lounge for these, thus giving two separate sleeping rooms if required. Also there is an easy chair which converts to a bed thus the apartment can sleep up to a maximum of 5 people.

Notes:
There are 3 pairs of French windows out onto the balcony and a further large window which also gives you the same wonderful views. There is a marble-topped dining table and 4 chairs on the balcony for taking al-fresco meals outside whilst enjoying the view. A recent visitor said that sitting there was like having your own private terrace on board a luxury ocean liner. For further relaxation there are 2 sun-loungers, so you can read that book you’ve been promising yourself, or simply recline in the sunshine. There is a full-width electronically-controlled sun-blind on the front facing the Mediterranean, to give you shade should you prefer that, and there are also electronically-controlled shutters to keep the whole apartment cooler on very hot days. As this Nice apartment opens on 2 sides of the building you also have ‘through-air’ - again this is important on very hot days and nights. It is furnished throughout with many important collectors’ pieces in the 1930’s Art Deco style.

If you are sensitive to the views, go for it.

Tremendous view over the coastline (as the name suggests), we could admire it for ages and not be bored with that at all. The apartment is ideal for a small family arriving by car, as a spacious garage is provided. A short walk and you are in the Port, where the Old Quarter starts. Fully equipped and a self-contained apartment in which you feel as if you were ona ship. (see the pictures, in reality it looks even more stunning). This is our best choice for Nice, unfortunately wery often occuppied by travellers, so we use other Tony's locations as well.
