Great Value in Winter Park!
Stayed here with our two teenage sons for five nights over MLK weekend. I cannot fathom why a previous reviewer only gave this 2 stars. It was clean, up-to-date, with a full and well-stocked kitchen and cost us less than half of what some of the other condos are going for. The sleeper sofa was just fine for our teens. The master bed was extremely comfortable. There is barely any walk to lifts -- maybe 2-3 minutes tops??? The 'rickety' freezer fan that someone complained about is really the ice-maker, which we just turned off at night. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice room, but a few changes would be required to return.
Our guest sleeping in the living room could not sleep well because if the rickety freezer fan that kept her up all night.
Four towels for four people for five days was woefully inadequate. Management brought us towels when requested, but it was much more inconvenient than a daily cleaning service.
Ski-in ski-out is typically reserved for a place you don’t have the walk through two parking lots and cross a busy street.
So sorry the property was a bit further than you had expected. We are changing our verbiage to "walk out to ski" in lieu of "ski in/ski out". We hope that will help provide a more accurate example of it's location to the lifts.
Thanks for letting us know about the freezer fan. We'll be sure to get that checked out and we apologize your friend had troubles sleeping.
Most short-term rentals do not provide a daily cleaning service as they are set up like being in your own home and we don't want to intrude on your stay/space. We happily will provide a mid-stay clean with some notice but do charge an additional fee for this service. If you are ever in need of more towels or linens we are more than happy to provide those for you. Just give us a call.
