The double house completely rent - two apartments under one roof, ideal for multi-generational vacations or groups of friends / families (groups up to 10 persons).

Centrally located in the monumental part of the village corner house falls on old by its stepped gables and the (original) windows with stained glass windows. Behind the nostalgic walls waiting modern comforts, combined with stylish, comfortable furniture. In the semi-detached house consists of two apartments - rented together also ideal for multi-generational vacation or with family friends (groups up to 10 persons). Each apartment has a spacious dining area with a cozy Lümmel- / TV corner, plus an open kitchen. A special highlight is the 40 square meters-large roof terrace (depending on the desire all day sun or shade), which belongs to the apartment on the corner (in the attic sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms, shower, toilet. On the ground floor open living / dining / kitchen area, plus laundry room with washer, dryer, WC. Kitchen with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer combi.
The second apartment is a two-room apartment (up to 4 sleeps in a separate bedroom and on the pull out sofa bed), friendly light - at ground level, therefore also suitable for seniors.
The romantic-nostalgic holiday house is very nice and quiet in old, listed village center of Colijnsplaat - the National Park Oosterschelde right on the coast - on the island of North Beveland. The house is about 600 meters behind the dike, near fishing port and marina and Swimming cove. North Sea beach (awarded several times as 'the most beautiful beach of the Netherlands') about 6 km away with versatile water sports. Surroundings ideal for cycling and hiking, many beautiful and interesting things to do. Polder landscape, nature protected floodplains, Dorado for amateur ornithologists, anglers, deep-sea fishermen.
