This luxury three bedroom, two bath private home received a complete remodel in 2015. Gorgeous open-concept kitchen, high-end bathrooms, spacious year-round sun drenched private backyard, sparkling salt water pool/hot tub, fire pit, two sun beds, outdoor dining area, outdoor seating and breath taking unobstructed (no electrical lines) spectacular mountain views. The pool gets sun year round. Location is ideal in south Palm Springs where the wind is calm. The back yard has multiple french doors that open up to the pool area.

A maximum of 6 overnight guests

A maximum of 10 guests (in total) per day

A maximum of 3 cars allowed on the street/garage/driveway

No amplified noise of any kind. Please use headsets if you want to lay out and hear music.

No outdoor noise past 10pm and please use your inside voice when outside.

If a noise complaint if filed, the city will send a compliance officer out and conduct a noise decibel test. If you are in violation, it is an automatic violation and a citation will be given to both of us, which is a $500 fine. I will require reimbursement of this expense if a citation is given.

About Mark Waier and Andrew Pham

We worked with our friend, Josh Cain of Saxony Design Build, a design firm located in Los Angeles, California to reimagine this space to create an authentic Palm Springs contemporary hacienda. Saxony Design Build specializes in high end new construction and large remodels, and have completed many homes around the Southern California area, Hawaii, Costa Rica, and several in Palm Springs. This is our only property that is a vacation rental.

We love to visit Palm Springs because it is always sunny and so easy to get around. The main street is bustling and active with pedestrians, there are plenty of coffee shops to sit around and relaxing around the salt water pool in complete privacy allows for us to unplug from day to day distractions.

South Palm Springs is an incredible place to vacation because it is nestled near the mountain range, protecting the area from high winds and dust. The views are spectacular and the outdoor spaces have been designed to maximize enjoyment and your view.

Heaven in Palm Springs

We have stayed in PS many time and this house was the best by far. We spent many hours out by the pool area and couldn't have been happier with that space. The salt water pool was wonderful. Just right for floating or doing laps. The firepit was a breeze to work and the biggest I have ever seen. If you want to cook on your vacation, this house has everything you would want. I choose to try all the wonderful restaurants in the are and had something different every night. My husband walked every morning to get a paper and have a cup of coffee at the local shopping center. Very centrally located. Five minutes from the airport without all that airport noise. The bed in the master was very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful. Check out the before and after book in the kitchen to see what a wonderful job the guys did to this house. Well done! We will definitely come back for another stay. Laura and Mike

Definitely the home away from home

My family and I stayed a couple of nights and had an amazing time. Every detail was well thought of. Besides the place looking amazing, it had everything we needed. This place is fully stocked and I'm not exaggerating...tons of towels, sheets, plates, cups, seasoning in the cupboards, pots, pans, small kitchen appliances, ziploc, foil, playing cards, and even a portable battery charger! The appliances are top notch. The very silent dishwasher is a plus! The backyard is to die for. Loved our relaxing weekend...truly an oasis.

This is truly a slice of luxury in Palm Springs. The house is well appointed, comfortable and spacious all in a tropical setting. We enjoyed four nights and didn't want to leave. Mark was attentive and helped with all our needs. We can't wait to go back.

Cozy, beautiful, well appointed home

My family and I recently stayed in this beautiful home and loved it. The backyard is a dream with so many comfortable lounging spots and an awesome pool. Inside the house was just as nice! The furnishings and beds were all super comfortable and inviting, the kitchen is very well stocked with all of the dishes, cooking equipment, etc. we could ask for and the location is very close to stores and restaurants. It's on a quiet, safe street and the views of the mountains were incredible. We also loved having the bicycles available! That's a great added perk. Overall was a great home and we can't wait to come back.

Some must-see attractions while you visit; The Aerial Tram, Downtown Palm Springs, The Living Desert Zoo, dozens of worldclass golf resorts within minutes, fabulous shows at Casino Morongo, Aqua Caliente Casino, and the Spa Resort & Casino. The Tahquitz Canyon Waterfall hike is beautiful, and there is great bouldering and rock climbing on Mount San Jacinto at the top of the tram. Walk the paths through the Indian Canyons for a nature tour. The best restaurants include Trio, Tropicale, Tinto @ the Seguaro, Jake's (for lunch), The Parker, Ace, and Workshop Kitchen + Bar.
