APT2 (3 bed apt sleeps 6 people). Rental prices quoted are for 2-4 people. Add GBP10 per night for each additional person above 4 staying at the apartment.

Built in 2002, this Old Town Albufeira 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, raised ground floor apartment has all the modern facilities and comforts of home. The lounge/dining area has a dining table (seats 6), two leather sofas and an armchair to seat 5 comfortably, WiFi, satellite TV (many English language). The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. The bedrooms sleep 6 people in beds and there is a cot available. A foldaway bed is available for hire so families of 7 can stay.

Satellite TV and WI-FI available in APT2.

NO POOL in building but two local pools recommended. One is 12 min walk from Apt or 2-3 mins in car. Ask for details

Across the hall is APT1 and upstairs is APT3 - both 2 bedroom apartments and they are available for rent, so bring your family and friends.

Two 2 bedroom apartments (see APT1 and APT3) and one 3 bedroom apartment (see APT2) available for rent in a small block of 4 apartments. All near: Beautiful beaches, an abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, market stalls and the lively night life entertainment around the old town square and Fisherman's Beach make old town Albufeira an all-year destination... and, all this is a 3-5 minute walk from our front door! Two beaches, the popular Fisherman's Beach and the famous Peneco town beach seen in every photograph of Albufeira, are at the end of our street where from a viewing platform you are presented with breathtaking views and photo opportunities.

These spacious, apartments built in 2002 are on (above) the beach in a picturesque, car-free, residential side street lined with quaint fisherman's cottages - many still lived in by local people. This historic area of old town Albufeira runs along the cliff tops overlooking the beaches. A 3-5 minute walk down a gentle slope, steps or lift will take you right on to the beach or lead you in to the heart of the old town where at night the streets come to life with outdoor entertainers and where a variety of free live music is on offer from many eating and drinking establishments. And, when you have had enough you can walk home in minutes to rest and sleep in a peaceful area and quiet apartment. Enjoy Albufeira and Walk Everywhere from these Apartments!

Old Albufeira is a collection of characterful, streets that run off the old coast road and are very close to the beaches. If you want to be 'in' the old town then check the map.


APT1, APT2 and APT3 were built in 2002 and offer modern living facilities - spacious rooms, comfortable temperature in summer and winter, reliable utility services, entry phone and private parking in a secure underground garage. The front door to the building serves four apartments so the common area is private and pleasantly quiet. Well equipped with home comforts and located in a safe neighbourhood inhabited by local Portuguese these apartments are ideal for year round rental.

WIFI is offered in APT1, APT2 and APT3. WiFi is freely available in most hotels, bars and restaurants. The Hotel Sol e Mar and Tres Coroas Restaurant (Three Crowns) are at the end of our street and they offer free Wi-Fi and sea views. We enjoy sipping cocktails in the large retro lounge of the Hotel Sol e Mar or sitting on their balcony overlooking the sea while we catch up with friends and family via the internet.

Two recommended local POOLs (one 12-15 min pleasant walk or 3-4 min drive from Apts) with good facilities e.g. snack bar, toilets, loungers, sea view etc. Ask for details.

I visited and fell in love with Albufeira in 1979 when it was a typical fishing village and have been back almost every year. My 4 adult children (2 boys and 2 girls) spent many happy holidays in the Algarve. They are now 29, 25, 23 and 19. The apartment was built in 2002 and since then this area of Old Town Albufeira has had new gas and water mains installed. This means the bathrooms are served with high pressure water for a good shower and a fast bath fill and the water is heated by mains gas rather than from a cannister so the water heats on demand. Both bathrooms are spacious, fully tiled and come with a vanity unit, shaving point and large mirror. Bath towels and hand towels are provided for each occupant and are refreshed mid stay. Beach towels are NOT provided. Smoking on balcony only.

Old Town Albufeira 3 bedroom self catering apartment is ideal for holiday lets. The apartment is 1 of 4 in a small block that forms part of an old municipal building (reconstructed in 2002). It has been built to a high specification and designed to meet 21st century living - large, separate rooms off a connecting hall and fully fitted and equipped kitchen and bathrooms, mains water and gas supply, safe for storing small valuables, secure entryphone system and integral underground parking. The building is one of a collection of old listed buildings, Moorish gates, museums and interesting churches found in the old town's Heritage Zone. The apartment faces onto a cobbled street with fisherman's cottages and the back looks out onto a terracotta tiled courtyard. A few doors along from the apartment is the Tres Coroas restaurant and close by is the landmark Sol e Mar Hotel with its beach front al fresco restaurant, bar and cafe.

It was a pleasure to do business with the owner right from the start, all dealings were professional and effortless. Likewise with the keyholders who are also lovely people, punctual to meet and greet and so happy to help with everything.

The apartment itself is in a fantastic location right beside the beach for morning swims and in walking distance of everything. The rooms were warm, cozy, spotlessly clean and beds comfortable.

The kitchen was also spotless with instant hot water and fully stocked with everything you could need.

The wifi was fast with no problems to connect and a great tv system to stay connected. Really like a home from home.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay and would have no problem to reccomend this place to anyone. I only wish I could live there every day!!! Thank you for such a lovely holiday and happy memories :-)

We found this apartment very comfortable and convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops

Taxi arrangements for to and from the airport were excellent and we were met by the keyholder as arranged. We also had access to the caretakers if needed during our stay. The apartment was lovely and cool and had all the facilities we needed. Beds were very comfortable also. We highly recommend this apartment for comfort and convenience.

Perfect all around!

We had a great stay here. It was in the perfect location to the beach and all the restaurants and shops.

Dealing with Tracey for the booking was great. Like that she always responded quickly. And meeting Kevin and Cecilia was great. The apartment had everything you would need for you vacation. Was great to have the underground parking available. Would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Kevin met us on arrival and he was very friendly and helpful and was available if we had any issues or questions. The apartment was in a really good location - a few minutes walk to the beach and square. The only traffic along the street was from local residents so it meant that it was really quiet. The balcony was quite small but the 6 of us still managed to sit out to have a drink in the evening before heading to town. I would recommend this apartment and would be happy to book it again!

Wonderful location, great apartment

Wonderful spacious apartment with all amenties in the perfect location for the old town, we were a group of five and it was just perfect, Kevin and Cecilia were very informative and on hand if we needed them, used Flexitravel, booked through Tracy for the transfers and they were competitive, friendly and very punctual, many thanks Tracy for all your help and to everyone who made our trip so enjoyable.

Cet appartement est très agréable lumineux et il possède trois grandes chambres donc la literie est confortable.

Il se situe à proximité de la plage et des commerces.

L'appartement est situé dans une rue calme et c'est ce que nous recherchions.

Une piscine dans la résidence aurait été un plus car l'océan etait un peu frais'

Owner's Response: La piscine est pas dans la résidence. Il est une 12-13 minutes de marche ou un court trajet (3 à 4 minutes), mais il est une bonne piscine. Il dispose d'un snack-bar, des toilettes, des chaises longues et des parasols. Une belle alternative à la plage. TE
