Comfortable Cabin Experience
The cabin is easy to find right off a main road. Close to Cooperstown Dreams Park 15 mins out.. clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. The grill cam in handy a couple of nights! Thank you Kara for being so attentive!
The cookies and maple syrup were a nice and welcoming surprise! We saw some beautiful deer also!

Enjoyed our stay.
Charming, cozy, comfortable, and conveniently located cabin. Kara’s welcoming with cookies and lemonade are a lovely touch. Thank you!
Relaxing and Comfortable
The cabin is so cute and was a nice place to feel like you are getting away. Everything was nicely set up and clean, we enjoyed being able to relax and not be cramped up in one room. It was a short drive to Dreams Park and was about 20 minutes drive to Cooperstown. Kara was a wonderful host, leaving cookies and lemonade for our arrival and she provided some helpful suggestions for the area - she also responded quickly with any questions we had. We loved having coffee in the morning on the porch or at the table looking out - the view in the morning is beautiful. If you have young children and sleep downstairs, a night light (or flashlight) might be helpful to walk around for bathroom trips since at night it is very dark out. The cell service is spotty but it was also nice to be somewhat disconnected - just remember the data limit. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent the cabin again if visiting the area.
Had a great time. The cabin was very comfortable.
Loved the cabin! Beautiful location.
The property is very well maintained and Kara is very responsive when there is a question. This is a great place to get away! It is only around 6 miles or around 15 minutes from Dreams Park so it is a great location to stay during the tournament. I enjoyed my stay!
This was the perfect place for our group to stay while we visited the Hall of Fame and attended a concert at Ommegang Brewery during Memorial Day weekend. We were no more than 15 minutes away from both. The cabin is very cozy and very well kept. Kara, our host, was great with communication and very accommodating. We were delighted to find refreshments upon arrival and we were even able to use the grill for a BBQ! Just a couple of tips for future guests... be sure to empty the downstairs dehumidifier when full. The air downstairs is notably better when this is on, though it's not like the air is bad when it isn't on. This does mean you may want to have it on while sleeping downstairs, which for us was completely fine—the hum was comforting and lulling if anything. This is not necessary for the upstairs. The sliding glass door is very stiff, so we found the side door to be the best entrance/exit. Cell service was spotty, but we were able to find bars by the large side windows, so no real issue there. And just be aware that wifi data is limited to 2GB, so streaming movies on a laptop may not be best, unless willing to pay overages. BUT, the cabin has satellite TV, so finding late night movies was super easy. Plus, we were really in the area to explore, so indoor movies was a low priority. Overall, this was the perfect space for us, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for their future stay.
