The apartment is on high ground overlooking the beautiful sandy beach of St Georges Bay. It is centrally located in the St Julians area, close to Malta's best entertainment places and a shopping centre. The Portomaso Hilton, the Intercontinental and other major Five-Star Hotels are within 5 minutes walking distance. It is also very close to the picturesque St Julians/Sliema promenade. The apartment has a large covered car space adjacent to the property and forms part of a managed complex adjacent to a hotel which offers swimming pool facilities to non-residents. Sliema city centre is 10 minutes away by bus. The main English Language Schools are within 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is nicely laid out with most rooms overlooking the bay. Accommodation includes a spacious airconditioned Sitting / Dining Room with its window overlooking the bay and leading to the outside terrace which also enjoys the same views; 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and spare toilet/shower.

Golf course: A local golf course is available about 15 kilometers away and is open all year.

Baby cot: A baby cot is available on request at no extra charge

We just got back from a week in Malta .

We stayed in this appartment and it was perfect for us , everything is within walking distance , shops , restaurants , dive center , and the nightlife is just around the corner .

And even high speed wireless internet available for those who want it .

The kitchen was also very well equipped !!

5 Star Views, 4 Star Apartment

The apartment is in a good location overlooking St George's Bay, the size is good especially for two people. Generally the heavy furniture is in good condition and there is sufficient storage for holiday use. The kitchen and bathrooms could do with some TLC but are functional. The arrival arrangements were effective and the apartment is easy to find if you look for the signs. The owners were very helpful during the stay and sorted our questions quickly. There is easy access to good supermarkets and fresh meat, fish and fruit and veg. There is also good access to bus routes nearby. Restaurants are plentiful full but as this Paceville, Friday, Saturday nights can be a little noisy and a new hotel nearby has a Disco on the roof which can be heard in the apartment. In all a good place to be. We are likely to use the apartment again.

We booked this apartment as my son was getting married in malta

Everything about the apartment is perfect

Fabulous location with spectacular views over the bay

It's only 5 mins walk to beech shops nite life nd a great selection of restaurants

Even though it's centrally located it was stil very quiet with no noise disturbance at al

The owner was extremely helpful wit any queries we had.

The apartment also has a covered private car parking space which is a must if you hire a car in malta

Will definitely book again in the future.

Fantastic location, nice and clean. Stunning views across St Georges Bay.

After having a little initial trouble of finding the exact apartment we were very happy. The location is spot on and the views from the huge balcony are stunning. It was lovely and clean on arrival and the owners were helpful when we contacted them.

It would have been nice if there was a small welcome pack containing a few essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc as we arrived in the evening and this would have been useful. Also there was no baking tray to cook our food on but plenty of pans, cups, forks etc..

It can be a little noisy at night if windows are open from the road and people partying in Paceville.

Would certainly go back again.

good location

Right in the heart of things, spacious apartment with a nice balcony .Pick up worked well from airport.

downsides , mainly little things like no hairdryer, would have been nice to have some washing powder., no pegs , the outside furniture looked tired and some of the mugs were chipped.

Owner's Response: Nice to know that our guests enjoyed their stay in our apartment. Thanks for the high rating given as well as for the useful suggestions. We had removed the hairdryer from the inventory because of repeated complaints of it not working due to mishandling by previous guests. Our cleaner normally leaves left over detergents etc and she probably overlooked that there were no pegs. We shall address these issues immediately. Thanks
