Spacious two bed, two bath zone 2 flat. Wif, balcony, terrace!
This gorgeous converted warehouse flat in a cobbled street five mins stroll from the new Wapping tube boasts great living space (especially in London terms) plus a large West-facing private balcony and also the use of a stunning huge riverside terrace. Both bedrooms are extremely spacious with large beds and big fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a Juliette balcony and an en-suite with bath, loo and basin. Bedroom two has its own bathroom with shower, loo and basin. Both bathrooms come equipped with heated towel rails, top-class towels - and lots of shelf space!
The spacious living room has three sofas, a chair, TV, radio and a large designer solid cherry wood dining table with eight chairs overlooking the balcony which has a solid oak Yask table and benches to seat eight and views of Shadwell Basin. The kitchen is fully-fitted with washer/dryer, dishwasher, waste disposal, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker etc. Everything is provided for your comfort.
The flat is on the fourth floor with reliable lift so is suitable for older guests and those with children. As the building is old the flat does not have modern facilities for disabled guests although we have had a lady in a wheelchair stay very successfully.

Great Flat in a perfect little neighborhood
The flat was very comfortable for our family, well appointed, clean and comfortable. The manager was both accessible an non-intrusive. Just a two block walk from the Overground station through a safe quaint neighborhood. We will look to stay again.
A lovely apartment with everything we required
The welcome on arrival was very good with a tour of the apartment. Spacious & well equipped- ideal for our stay in Wapping. Ideally located for walks along the river & close to Tower Bridge walking through St Katherine ‘s dock. Helpful notes provided and Elizabeth was very good communicating throughout the booking process. Would recommend this apartment & we all thoroughly enjoyed our weekend in London
Absolutely Perfect Place To Stay
I was skeptical that the flat could be everything that the reviews said but it was the perfect place to stay in London. It's outside the city in a very nice neighborhood so you come home to quiet after an eventful day in the city, but it's very easy to get anywhere from in a short time. There's a large grocery store close by and small ones just around the corner. It's safe for walking any time, day or night. The flat itself is sparkling clean, spacious and equipped with anything you might need, though we only made breakfast there and used the wine glasses at night. The back balcony is very pretty too. The beds are comfortable; the showers are good. The information you receive on top of all this is wonderful. We had one of our party staying someplace else and we talked about how much easier and smoother our check in was and how much background information we were given that was helpful. You can totally count on Elizabeth to help you in any way so your trip goes smoothly. We will be back.
wonderful in Wapping
We needed a good sized flat for entertaining many friends and relatives. This one was comfortably furnished; had all the kitchen utensils I could have needed and crockery for all the meals. Great washing machine and dryer. Beds were comfortable and the linens nice. The towels were a delight. We could not have been happier.
Wonderful flat, delightful host!
The flat was comfortable, well appointed and suited our family perfectly. We enjoyed the neighborhood, proximity to the overground, and all of the thoughtful details were so appreciated. And, the local pub was fantastic! Elizabeth was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with regard to logistics. We truly enjoyed our time there and can't wait to return!
Lovely flat away from the busyness of the city
My family of 5 (wife and 3 teenagers) loved this townhouse. The location is quiet, and the flat had everything we needed: clean, plenty of space, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, w/d, and working wifi (for the teens - haha). Elizabeth was very helpful getting us set up, and providing helpful information about the area. The train was close by, and took no time to get into the hustle and bustle of London. My family enjoys London, and we'd gladly stay again at this flat if available. One thing for potential renters to know - the picture of the bench and the Thames is a little misleading. The flat is not on the water, but across the street; and we found the access points locked when we tried. So, instead of muffins in the morning on the Thames, we had fish & chips in the evening on the Thames (at the Prospect of Whitby across the street). If you are looking for a waterfront space, this isn't it. If you're looking for a lovely, clean, and spacious flat for your family or friends, this is definitely it!
Thank you for the mainly lovely review but I am so disappointed at your comments about the terrace. We make it very clear in the listing that the flat has a private terrace but the riverside terrace is attached to the sister building over the road. The directions and information that the same fob to the flat front door also opens the gate were sent in advance of the stay and were featured within the laminated notes left with the keys. Of course the door would be locked as it's a private development!
As we were in touch by email during your stay you could have simply asked me about access to the riverside terrace and I would have been happy to help.

By staying in the flat you agree to the following terms and conditions. If any of these terms and conditions are broken then we reserve the right to cancel the contract immediately with no refund. TERMS & CONDITIONS Our cancellation policy is 50% refund if cancelled before 90 days until the stay commences. If cancelled within 90 days days of the date the stay commences then we return no monies but, in reality, we do our utmost to rebook the dates and return as much of the money as we can. I can send reviews from thrilled guests who have had monies returned unexpectedly. We always do our best. We require photo ID of the principal guest, please, and full names and ages (if under 25) of all guests who will be occupying the flat. This is imperative to comply with our specialist insurance stipulations and the booking cannot be confirmed without these. The contract is for the number of guests who appear on the booking. There are to be no parties. If there is any noise or other sort of nuisance reported to the porter or police then the contract will be terminated immediately with no refund due. You will be left bed linens and towels for the amount of people booked into the flat. If anything is taken from the locked cupboards the cost for laundering/replacement will charged to you.
