625 Sf Waterfront Guesthouse - Living Room, Bedroom, Bathroom plus 250 SF Cabana
About Kathy Harmon
I feel like the luckiest person in the world to have found this waterfront home and cabana in the picturesque and friendly community of Three Tree Point. I actually remember jumping up and down with excitement on the day of purchase over 20 years ago and I still feel that same enthusiasm today. I am currently semi-retired from a career in Landscape Architecture and I’m excited to have the opportunity to share this vibrant community and scenic place with others.
Kathy Harmon purchased this House in 1998
Why Kathy Harmon chose Three Tree Point
. This vacation rental was highlighted by Evening Magazine as one of the most unique places to stay in the Seattle area because of the scarcity of finding upscale, quaint, quiet, stunning lowbank waterfront view property with beach access that is conveniently located to a multitude of amenities.

A little slice of heaven
My sweetheart and I enjoyed the waterfront property and wished we had a little more sun to enjoy the Beautiful deck. The area was quiet and being by the water side was very therapeutic.
The host was gracious and the accommodations were cozy.
The only additional wish list would have been a kitchen.
Photos didn’t do the home justice.....
What a perfectly darling property.....the location was stellar, and the photos didn’t really do it justice! Our host Kathy was great! She showed us how to work everything, and was very responsive via text when we had a small crisis on our last night. If you love sitting waterside with a fire, enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine, this is the place for you! My daughter and I cannot wait to come back......
My husband and I had a great time staying at Three Tree Point. We enjoyed relaxing in the cabana and garden area taking in the beautiful scenery. Kathy was great to work with and was always available to answer any questions and to provide recommendations. Some tips - there is a Trader Joe's close by which was very convenient and The Countryside Cafe servers a great breakfast. We would definatley rent this VRBO again.
Kathy is an exceptional host and her attention to detail is off the charts. Can’t wait to come back very soon!
Burien Puget Sound
This is a beautiful property with wonderful views of the Puget Sound and a beach to walk along. Many days you could see Mt. Rainer. It was great fun watching all of the boat traffic and the wildlife. Kathy was a great host and easy to reach with our questions. She keeps this property very clean. The cabana was great. There is a lot of traffic on the small road that you cross to get to the cabana. The traffic creates a fair amount of noise. I would recommend this property because of it’s location, access to the water and the beauty You can view from the windows in the little apartment and down at the cabana.
We have a magical combination of natural beauty and an extremely convenient location at Three Tree Point. Although our community is tucked away on the shores of Puget Sound, we are a mere 6 miles from Sea-Tac Airport for easy trips to and from the airport or 6 miles from Sound Transit Light Rail if you care to jump aboard for a fun day in downtown Seattle and take in the sights (Pike Place Market, the giant Ferris Wheel, Seattle's waterfront, the Olympic Sculpture Park or the Space Needle to name a few.) Or you might prefer to stick around and and explore our quaint little town of Olde Burien with boutique shops, fun bars and restaurants or take in a movie at The Tin Theater. Three Tree Point is also a great home base for day trips while exploring the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest to such magical places as the San Juan Islands, Mt. Rainier or Snoqualmie Falls.
