This lovely cottage is only a mile from the picturesque fishing port of Looe with excellent facilities close by.

School Cottages 1 is a delightfully presented, semi-detached, period property located about a mile from the picturesque fishing port of Looe. Guests at the cottage may also enjoy temporary membership (at a reduced rate) of the Looe Bay Holiday Park facilities located some 200 yards away.

The ground floor accommodation comprises a comfortably furnished sitting room open plan to the beautifully fitted kitchen. French doors lead to a conservatory which is furnished to provide a dining area. There are lovely views from here to the surrounding countryside. Also on the ground floor is a well appointed twin bedroom and a single bedroom with a 4ft bed. An entrance hall and the modern bathroom complete the ground floor accommodation. On the first floor is the main, double bedroom which is a large and beautifully presented room and it has an en-suite shower room; flat screen TV with DVD.

To the rear of the cottage is a pretty walled courtyard with garden furniture, a barbecue and flower beds; this area is completely secluded. To the front is a small flower garden. Off-road parking is available a minutes walk away.

Local shops and a pub and restaurant are two minutes away by car and the town of Looe with its many restaurants, pubs, shops, harbour and beach is only a five minute ride.

The facilities of the Looe Bay Holiday Park are very extensive and are optionally available to guests at a nominal charge per person per week (under 3 years free) and include a restaurant, bar, heated indoor pool, tennis courts, children's play area, nightly entertainment, Internet stations, Wifi zone and numerous other diversions for youngsters.

1 School Cottage will suit parties with or without children and provides a perfect base for exploring south east Cornwall, the Eden Project and South Devon.

A Lovely Cottage

A lovely cottage with everything anyone would need .

Parking is in a nearby lay-by which displays a sign saying " NO OVERNIGHT PARKING" We parked overnight, and survived.

The wide ranging facilities of Looe Bay Holiday Park are very comprehensive and as described above. Additionally the lovely old town of Looe with its splendid beach, bustling harbor and many shops, restaurants and pubs is only a mile away.

The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are only a 45 minute drive and the north coast of Cornwall - Padstow, St. Ives etc can be reached in just over an hour.
