With fabulous views both of the sea and large pool this westerly facing third floor 1 bed duplex apartment also has views of Mount Tiede from the balcony. Ideally situated in the quieter part of Playa de las Americas with the beach, restaurants and bars situated right on your doorstep. This private complex has a lot to offer with its huge pool with adjoining childrens pool, sun terrace and bar serving food and drink. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and maintained making this the perfect destination for both families and couples alike. Not suitable for 18-30 type holidays.

This one bedroom third floor duplex apartment will sleep two adults and two children and has some of the best sea and pool views, together with views of La Gomera and Mount Teide. Apartment is well equipped with an open plan kitchen/lounge. The kitchen has a full size cooker, microwave, hob, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster and all the necessary crockery, pots and pans. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The lounge/dining area has table and chairs, two bed sofas, flat screen television with some English channels including Sky Sports, ITV etc. There is wireless internet access available in the complex. The lounge leads through patio doors to the balcony with balcony table and chairs and clothes airer and sun canopy. Fantastic views of the sunset can be enjoyed here.

Upstairs is the bedroom with two single beds and large walk in wardrobe. The bedroom leads to the adjoining bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin.

We are now in your wonderful apartment, today we spend the hole Day with the pool, it is Full Sun and +28 so everything is good, we have visit tenerife every year 7 times but frist time is this hotel the view is fantastisc

Late review....we stayed for 10 days in this lovely apartment, couldn't fault anything at all...great communication with the owners, this year my daughter and her family are staying there...highly recommend

Stunning views! So true

As soon as you walk out onto the balcony, you can see why it's advertised as stunning views, sea, pool and mountains at the same time.

Apartment had lots of room, and included everything you need.

Very central, close to shops, restaurants and beach.

We will definitely be returning.

Brilliant apartment with great views, super location and excellent on site facilities. The apartment is spacious , clean and well maintained. We particularly enjoyed having lunch on the balcony with great sea views and sunsets. Would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone.

A great apartment in an excellent location.

We have just arrived back from a 2 week holiday in Las Americas. This is the first time we have rented an apartment and Teresa made it so easy and provided all the information you could need. The apartment is clean,tidy and comfortable and the stunning views are an apt title for the views from the balcony. It is centrally placed for all the restaurants, shops and bars nearby. I would certainly recommend it for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.

Stunning Views sims it up perfectly

We have stayed in Parque Santiago several times now as we find the location excellent. This property did not disappoint, the views from the apartment were fantastic. The service Teresa offered from start to finish was second to non. We would certainly recommend this property to both family and friends. We would also look to book again should we return to this part of Tenerife.

Amazing apartment - lovely holiday

This was our ninth visit to Tenerife and this was the best apartment overall - we enjoyed it so much we will be booking for next year. The apartment is overlooking the pool with sea and mountain views - we were able to sit out on the sunny balcony for breakfast and evening drinks everyday - the rest of the time we were at the beach and then finished at the bar for Happy Hour for a cocktail or two!! - Teresa who owns the apartment kept in contact regularly - the apartment was clean and the cleaning ladies were very sweet. Thank you for an amazing holiday cant wait for next year
