Wonderful Holiday Accomodations

Wonderful home in a fabulous location with excellent hosts. Our stay was everything we hoped for. The Gunwharf Quays are amazing and we enjoyed all of the sites of Portsmouth. Neeraj and Joanne were fabulous hosts and gave us lots of great tips on dining and sightseeing.

Wonderful apartment,

This apartment is well-appointed and quite clean. The beds were really comfortable. The owners are lovely and the transactions were carried out professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone.

Beautiful Apartments hosted a perfect weekend

We booked both the Vulcan and Vulcan 2 buildings for a family trip home to Portsmouth.

From the very first email enquiring about availability to the return of our security deposit the service from the owners,Neeraj & Joanne was exemplary.

The flats are beautiful and contain everything we required for our stay. The mix of the modern contemporary decor with the age of the building works really well. With the shops and restaurants on your door step the location is perfect. Train and bus station are within walking distance if going further. After arrival we did not see Neeraj and Joanne again but knowing the owners live onsite was great if any questions arose.

We would highly recommend these flats and hope to return soon.

Great Apartment, Great Location!

We stayed in this apartment with another couple the weekend of the 2011 Goodwood Revival in September. It is just a few steps from The Spinnaker, Gunwharf Quays shops, the marina, the Isle of White Ferry Terminal, as well as several pubs and restaurants.

The apartment is a newly renovated two bedroom with a great kitchen, two full baths and a comfortable living area. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is clean and well maintained. The entire building has been fully restored with elevators, wide hallways and plenty of natural light.

The owners (Neeraj and Joanne) met us on arrival to answer our questions, and were friendly, professional and helpful. Parking for two cars was arranged (the second car was a bit of a hike but still on property). When we checked out, they met us again and offered great advice on what to do in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment for a fair price. We would not hesitate to stay in the Vulcan 2 again!

Car parking is for one vehicle with additional parking available nearby. The apartment is available from 4pm on the first day of booking until 10am on day of departure. Weekend and daily rates are available on request. A £120.00 deposit is taken on arrival and returned on satisfactory inspection of property a week after departure.
