2 Bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms (2 double beds/1 single bed) to sleep 5.

Situated on the much favoured 'South Finger' of Jolly Harbour, this Villa (with Wifi Internet) is spacious and fully air-conditioned and is a 5 minute stroll to the finest white sandy beach with 'Castaways' restaurant/bar and sporting facilities. The Villa has a refurbished and fully equipped open plan kitchen, large sitting room/dining area (cable TV/DVD player and comfortable furnishings) and there is direct access via patio doors to a terracotta tiled terrace with a table and chairs, BBQ, sun loungers and private boat mooring. Downstairs cloakroom with washing machine. Upstairs, the Master Bedroom (with balcony overlooking the water) and second Bedroom both have there own en-suite bathrooms. Bed sheets and towels are provided. There is a garage and private driveway.

All the Marina Complex facilities are easily accessible within a few minutes walk, including a large well stocked supermarket, good variety of restaurants/bars, banks, boutiques, outdoor 25m swimming pool (free to residents), fitness and sports centre, squash/tennis courts and an 18 hole Golf Course. Gated 24 hour security.

We first visited Jolly Harbour on a family holiday in 2004 and instantly fell in love with everything this unique place has to offer. Over the years, we have enjoyed very many fabulous holidays here and we are delighted to make the Villa available to rental guests.

Notes:
We can make our private 4 seat golf cart available to guests for their use to travel around the Marina. Details on request. There is an iron and ironing board, toaster, electric coffee maker in the villa for guest's use. On the terrace, guests can use the table and chairs, sun loungers and BBQ. The fully tiled terrace leading to the water has a bolted gate for complete child security. We regret that smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Incredible location and perfect villa!

We've just come back from an incredible stay in Paul's villa and couldn't recommend it highly enough. The location is local the best beaches on the island, local restaurant castaways and a convenient supermarket which stocks everything you should need. We also rented the golf buggy which was vital for us to get around Jolly Harbour easily! We also used it to discover little beaches around Jolly which are by the north finger.

The photos don't do the property justice, huge living/kitchen area with two good sized bedrooms and patio which leads down to the water. I will 100% be back to stay and found owner Paul to be so helpful and really responsive. Thank you for a lovely stay! X

Like going home

The Vila is well equipped and comfortable, the family were easily catered for. We as a family enjoyed the beach and it's very close by and an easy walk, this said the buggy is recommended as supermarket and entertainment in the heat is not the one! A couple of things I would mention is read your welcome guide and if staying more than one week that you do have to pay for a cleaner if you want the villa cleaned. Also to be aware that your money does not go far in Antigua and be prepared that the supermarket although very well stocked is no Sainsbury's!

We did zip lining, boat trip, and an all inclusive day next door at Jolly Beach, all very nice and welcoming, the trip on the Excellence was fabulous experience and the crew were brilliant and looked after us proper. The team at zip line we're true professional. The people are part of the experience in Antigua and can't wait to return.

This villa is a great base to stay and worth the money.

Ideal villa for a stay in Antigua. This island is absolutely stunning, with so many beautiful beaches and countryside to visit. The local people are a delight to meet, as we found exploring their island of paradise.

Spacious, well equipped, good location

Our recent 10 day holiday staying in this apartment was fantastic. This is a well equipped and spacious villa in a great location. Good value too. Our friends joined us last minute and the two bedrooms both with en-suite was a bonus. The kitchen is fairly small but very well equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils to cook on the large American style cooker. The main sitting area opens out to a large terrace with a wonderful view of the water way with a jetty. The master bedroom is very large with patio windows opening out to a private balcony, big enough for a couple of sun beds.

There is a very well stocked supermarket 10 minutes walk away selling Waitrose 'essentials' range which was most strange. The only downside was how expensive it was but we found this to be the case with most of Antigua. Not helped by the exchange rate.

Paul, the villa owner has been exceptionally helpful throughout. He happily answered the many questions we had and when we had a fault with the AC unit during our stay he communicated with HBK, the managing agents to get it fixed. HBK were helpful and friendly and its worth speaking with them if you have any problems or queries during your stay.

We didn't need the golf buggy, however, we like walking and we saw so much more of the bird and wild life during our walks. If you wanted to go to North Beach which is a bit quieter, you might need a buggy for that purpose. We found a very quiet area of South Beach right at the far end. A 15 minute slow stroll away. There were no facilities there but if you like a peaceful day then its worth a visit. The buggy would have been useful for shopping but as there were four of us we shared the load.

Trips. We hired a car for 2 days. Be careful who you go with. We were recommended Pineapple Rentals by a few people and were told to avoid Budget Rentals. This enabled us to do a complete tour of the island. Driving was easy despite the pot holes. Speed limit is slow and quite pleasurable. Left hand drive for us UK folks made it a dream.

Stingray City - a must do trip. Loved every minute of it. Catamaran snorkling trip (Mystic 2). The catamaran was great fun with an open bar, music and good food. We had a small group which made it fun and friendly. The snorkling off the reef is not for beginners. We would happily return to this villa again if we return to Antigua. Sue & Dave

Another Fantastic Holiday!

This is a lovely house with all you require, washing machine, iron, coffee machine. The location is very relaxing and quiet but close enough to bars and restaurants if that's your thing. I'd recommend renting the golf cart as it makes shopping easier. Communication from the owner, Paul, was good and he was very helpful.

I'd recommend this house to all. We look forward to staying again.

Refundable damage deposit $263.12

25% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance payable 45 days prior to arrival. Guests should take out their own travel insurance with cancellation cover. However, an appropriate refund may be considered at our discretion should a booking have to be cancelled. A refundable Security Deposit is also requested.
Our rental rates include the use of electricity, air conditioning, water and cleaning/maid service both before arrival and following departure. If you wish any additional maid service visit(s) during your stay, this can be arranged with our manager directly.

  • Canceled bookings will not receive a refund
