I want to start by saying that I have never stayed in a property that felt so clean. I am extremely picky about my own house, let alone a vacation spot. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere so clean. The room is very nice, and the balcony overlooks the beautiful gulf. It’s conveniently located on Treasure Island but is also a short drive from Madeira, Indian Rocks, and Clearwater. We chose to go to those locations for dinner. Very nice place. The only thing I would say needs updating is lighting. It had various light fixtures, but they didn’t put out as much as I had hoped. There is a floor length mirror that I was able to move to the sliding glass doors for applying my make up and checking out my outfit. The mirror in the bathroom area is a little high, as another reviewer has stated. The floor length mirror definitely helps. Overall, definitely worth the money! Nice place!
Just as described
The rental was just as described. It was clean with great beach access. I had a mix up on our departure date so we checked out a couple of hours late but they were not rude about it when they certainly could have been
Very nice location, quiet friendly relaxing and extremely clean. Loved the view and ability to walk out to the beach.
I recommend this property to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation on the beach. We would rent again without hesitation!
Better than the Pictures!
Beautifully updated, well thought out design of the room. Super clean. Lovely kitchenette with all you need. Murphy bed was surprisingly comfy and we slept well. We rented one of the luxurious cabanas every day right in front of the hotel (YOLO) . Gorgeous beach. Walking distance to Publix to stock up on snacks and wine. We loved our stay in 521!
The process was very easy. The room was excellent. The property overall was excellent. Very very impressed.
Cute and Efficient
This condo was perfect for just two of us. The updates were very charming and we had everything we needed. The overall facility had a great pool, bbq grills, volleyball and it was right on the beach! This condo had great views of the beach with beautiful sunsets. The staff was very friendly and helpful which always adds to the experience! It was a great extended weekend for us!
