Cosy and comfortable
Everything you need for a quiet break . Stunning views
What a place
Difficult to know how it could be improved - the house , location , the welcome , everything about it just great - can't wait to return
Thank you, we aim to please, but that's a great review. Hope to see you again.
I'm still having withdrawal symptoms!
I've wanted to stay in Plas Haf for some time, so when I found there were a few days free I snapped them up. It perfectly lived up to my expectations. Many thanks to Louise for your warm welcome. I hope to see you again soon.
Thanks for the great review, maybe see you next year.
This cottage is charming and comfy! We loved the distance from town as we felt secluded but not excluded from the town activity. The view from Summer House is awesome. The tides are fun to watch and the mountains across the water are beautiful.
Superb 3 night break
Peaceful, relaxing and beautiful scenery sums our stay up. The chalet has everything we needed, and more. Louise was lovely and welcoming. The access straight on to the beach was excellent and West Shore was so quiet it was just like having our private beach. We will be returning at some stage and thoroughly recommend it.
Glad you enjoyed our 'private' beach ;-)
Great Orme Hideaway
Plas Haf is a small chalet with a nice feel and excellent surroundings, perfect for a relaxing break. Comfortable and clean, there is outdoor space and also the opportunity to access the beach via the owners gardens. Parking manouvres are tight but a private drive and secure gate gives adequate security.
All internal facilities were satisfactory and the bed very comfy. We have no hesitation in returning sometime in the near future.
**(look up Marine Drive)**
Being a Victorian seaside resort, Llandudno has something for everyone, being one of the most popular seaside destinations for over a hundred years. The town has developed to offer many more things. The Great Orme itself sits directly behind the property with it's cable car, tramway, copper mine and world famous wild Kashmir goats. Not to mention miles of walks with outstanding views.
Nearby are two golf clubs, sailing, horse riding, mountain walking and running, mountain biking, cinema, dry ski slope and local tourist attractions, the trams and cable cars in Llandudno, fantastic traditional and contemporary pubs and restaurants. The picturesque village of Betws Y Coed is only a 25 minute drive away and the Isle of Anglesey approx 20 minutes.
Llandudno is also only a 10 minute drive from the medieval walled town of Conwy; with it's castle, fishing quay, and many visitor attractions. It's also the gateway to the Snowdonia National Park.
