This apartment is set on an urbanization which is surrounded by mountain views. The property has x2 double bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has two singles. The lounge area has a sofa bed which sleeps two people. Fully equipped Kitchen with Microwave, two large terraces one at the front of the property and one at the back, both terraces equipped with tables and chairs, a BBQ is also available. Washing machine is available in a separate utility area on the rear terrace. The property is cleaned on departure at a fee of 50 euros paid to key holder on arrival along with rental fee
There is a pool at the top of the road with a bar and outside seating (please note the pool is open June till September . The main castalla town is a very Spanish town and is short drive of approx 5 minutes from the urbanization. The town has its own castle to visit, a supermarket and outside markets twice a week. There are a few coffee shops and bars/restaurants. There are also a few towns within close proximity of Castalla- Biar, Onill, Ibi , Tibi and Sax. The urbanisation is a 25 minute drive to the nearest beaches of El campello and San Juan, and if you enjoy the busy atmosphere of Benidorm this can be reached in approx 35 minutes drive. There is the championship golf course- Bonalba which takes 25 minutes in the same vicinity is Alicante golf. La Finca is a 50 minute drive. The area is quiet and rural but within reachable distance of the beaches and more lively resorts. Alicante airport is 25 minutes drive maxim. There are some lovely walks from the apartment.
The property has linen and bathroom towels provided, there is a travel cot available if required but no bedding is provided for this..Rental is paid to the key holder on arrival along with a 50 euros cleaning fee she will meet you on arrival and visit on departure. A car is necessary for your stay, however the Key holder can arrange a taxi service for you.
Very short on crockery there was only one bowl to use for cereal etc so I bought 2 more. But overall everything was perfectly adequate for holidays. Comfortable beds & plenty wardrobe space. A very good base for a good, enjoyable holiday. Obviously the closure of the pool was disappointing but in future years it will be open again. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable apartment near a Spanish town & away from the hustle & bustle of major holiday places. Peaceful & picturesque.
Nosotros hemos pasado una semana en este apartamento. Somos un matrimonio con un hijo de 13 años. El apartamento esta bien, tiene todo lo necesario, esta limpio.... etc. Pero para nosotros le faltaba algo muy importante: no se podia sintonizar ningun canal español o en habla hispana en la tv, con lo cual las noches han sido un poco aburridas.
There is horse ridding nearby, and some nice country side walks.

A non refundable payment of £20.00 is to be paid/sent on booking the apartment to the vendors this is additional to the rental charge, the rental is as above, payable to the key holder who will meet you at the apartment on your arrival and departure. The property is cleaned after every visit, bed linen and clean towels are provided. The property is on Rio Bidasoa number 7.
