Megas Alexandros represents a rare opportunity to be close to all amenities yet also be within an idyllic and tranquil holiday complex in central Kato Paphos. This ground breaking new development in the Tomb of the Kings area is situated just a short stroll to Tomb of The Kings Road where all main amenities, bars and restaurants can be found. The complex is intimately designed with character throughout and all apartments benefit from the wonderfully designed semi-circular pool area which is decorated by palm trees, rockery and wooden bridges with stainless steel balustrades. Other high quality specifications include, controlled and secure entrance to Underground car parking, door entry systems, elevator to all floors, marble staircases/landings and communal changing rooms and showers to name just a few.

The apartment is spacious and modern in its design and has been professionally and tastefully furnished throughout with all fittings being contemporary and of the highest quality. On entering this first floor apartment, you pass the fully equipped kitchen to your right and move into the main living areas. The kitchen's fitted units are accompanied by matching work surfaces, tiled splashbacks and stainless steel handles. Appliances include fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and hood and microwave. From the kitchen you enter the spacious and open plan lounge/dining area. The dining table seats 4, as does the lounge which has a very comfortable corner sofa with leather which can convert into a sofa bed. The lounge has further benefit of LCD TV with Premium Satellite and DVD for entertainment. Wi-Fi/internet is included in the rental rate

The south facing balcony features a table and chairs to seat 4 as well as 2 sun loungers for further relaxation, and Access from the lounge can be gained through full width patio doors to a generously sized (3.5m x 3.5m) balcony whioverlooks the pool area and Mediterenean Sea in the distance. Shade can be gained as required making the area being the perfect place for alfresco dining, relaxing, socialising and generally soaking up the warm Cyprus sunshine.

The property has 2 double sized bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large double bed & en-suite facilities. It also has a TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has 2 single sized beds & close access to the central shower room. Between the 2 bedrooms is a fully tiled shower room. The property is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans fitted throughout. Electric background heaters provide further comfort in Winter Evenings. Shutters are present on all windows, assisting privacy and keeping the apartment dark and cool as required.

**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features a library of 900 movies, series and children's series which is regularly updated.**

Excellent apartment, perfect for 1-4 persons very clean and tidy, very smart. Location was perfect, close to lovely bars and restaurants, the bus route into the Harbour area and Coral Bay, supermarket and the sea. I would highly reccomend the restaurant at the end of the road "Karlina" the food was excellent and the service charming. Also "Paphos Wine Tours", our trip to the vineyards was great fun, I would recommend it to any wine lover. Your service and advice was excellent, if we go back to Cyprus, we will use you again. local managers also excellent.

Comfort and peaceful

The property was as described and we were very happy with the location, we were aware of its location which is one of the reasons we chose it, close to the main road bars and restaurants but far enough to be peaceful.

The service we received was excellent very prompt responses to questions and also confirming transfers at very reasonable prices. The accommodation was clean in good condition and serviced weekly to change linen,would have been useful to change kitchen tea towels as there was only one which did not get changed.

We are hoping to return to Cyprus in the next two years and would book through this company, although I never met Steven he was very helpful, which provides the customer with assurance of the service we got.

As we arrived late in the evening it was really appreciated that there was a welcome pack containing essentials to have tea, coffee and for breakfast, orange juice, bread, butter eggs water and milk

Fab place to stay in Paphos

Very central, apartment fully furnished to a very high standard, everything you needed on hand. Exceptionally clean, would definitely stay at apartment again and would thoroughly recommend to all. We travelled as adults only but would equally be perfect for families, pool area immaculate.

This ideally situated holiday apartment is set in an enviable position, (although very quiet), it is just off one of the main thoroughfares in Kato Paphos. It is within easy walking distance of the essential amenities at Tomb of The Kings Road and the seafront, as well as being only a 10 minute walk to the famous 'Old Town' of Paphos. Popular restaurants like Olivetos, Fat Mamas, Artio Brasserrie, Youkoso and many more are within short walking distance.

Paphos combines ancient history with a cosmopolitan, modern tourist resort. The area by the coast is known as Kato Paphos and boasts a pretty little harbour and plenty of open air cafes and bars. Further inland is the aforementioned old town of Paphos, known by the locals as Ktima. With its narrow streets, hustle and bustle, covered market and typically Cypriot atmosphere, it is well worth a visit. As a consequence, Paphos is on UNESCO's World Cultural Heritage list.
