Welcome! We hope you enjoy your stay in Park City!

Our two family-owned, two-story townhouse is located in the Fox Point at Redstone community (in the Kimball Junction area of Park City). Redstone Village is one of Park City's newest luxury developments. It is ideally and conveniently situated only minutes from three world-class ski resorts and championship golf courses, Park City's Historic Main Street in Old Town, across the street from Utah's Olympic Park, (you can see the two large ski jumps from the living room), and adjacent to the Swaner nature Preserve, a 1055 acre high-altitude wetlands, home to countless species of wildlife. We are next door to Redstone (a wonderful shopping center}, and quickly accessible from the freeway.

Our townhouse is a gorgeous, two bedroom, two and a half bath unit with 1299 square feet of living space plus an attached garage. Built in 2004, all appliances and furniture are new and it features a full kitchen, dining room, living room (with gas fireplace), and half bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is the master bedroom and master bath, a second bedroom and bath, plus a laundry room (complete with washer and dryer). We are right next door to the Redstone Marketplace which makes it easy to walk over and enjoy dinner and a movie.

Getting around town is wonderfully convenient with the complementary Park City Shuttle bus service which departs Redstone Village every 45 minutes and takes you to all three ski resorts, historic Old Town and Kimball Junction factory outlets.

The Park City Transit Service is free and can drop you off at any of the three ski resorts, downtown Park City, or shopping centers. A pick-up point is right at Redstone Marketplace.

Right across the street from the Utah Olympic Park (where the 2002 games were held). Watch ski jumpers. Enjoy bobsledding, luge, 'Quicksilver' alpine slide, and museums!

Enjoy the quaint atmosphere of the Park City Historic District, which is near the base of the Park City Ski Resort. Stroll the old-time Main Street filled with restaurants and shops. Spend the day or an afternoon enjoying the town.

About The Owner

Four military retirees, we fell in love with this village way back in the 1980's We never forgot the alluring charm of this quaint historic mining town and the white powder skiing.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 2010

Why The Owner chose Utah

After many years of skiing around the world (Europe and Japan) we were drawn back to Park City by fabulous memories of terrific daytime skiing and spectacular nightlife!

What makes this townhome unique

A little less light of foot these days, we were inspired by the convenience of everything! The village shopping and dining, its energy and nightlife make it the best location for a perfect Park City vacation. Enjoy!

Convenient location and overall great experience.

We had a great time at this condo! we traveled with 3 kids and one of them was under 1 year old. Shopping and slopes were close by, rentals at Marty's were much more affordable than the resort located at Redstone shopping center. The bathtub is great for little ones because of the non slip base. The kitchen had all the pots pans and utensils needed for cooking. (Blender, crockpot) Having a car is really not necessary if you have kids old enough to carry their own gear. The only thing that would make it easier for car-less families is a collapsible cart to bring grocery bags back from the market. Bowling and other activities are close by. Directions and communication from the owners were prompt and clear. If we return to Park City we will definelty stay here again! Great value and space! Much more lovely in person! Thank you!

Really enjoyed it!

Loved the property! Kitchen had every thing we needed...plus. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to the Red Stone shopping area, which included restaurants, grocery store, liquor store and coffee shops. Would definitely recommend this property to our friends!

Amazing experience

My friends and I just came back from our vacation in Utah. We stayed at Fox Point and had an amazing experience. The place is very clean and cozy. Pictures definitely don't do the justice. A lot of great places within walking distance. Marty's Ski shop is great, very helpful. RedRock brewery across from Marty's is a great place to have a nice dinner or just to grab a drink. Wholefoods is around the corner. We took free bus shuttle one time, and it was very convenient and fast to get to the Main street in Park city.

We definitely will stay there again.

Better than expected..... "Fox Point"

Loved the place, well equipped, perfect location for our group who doesn't care about being right on the slopes. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, Outlet Mall and Grocery store. Very well maintained unit. We will be returning next year in 2017

Excellent location, very nice accommodations, led to a great vacation.

Perfect spot in that it was so convenient to the bus system for skiing, and the adjacent shopping district was very walkable, providing a great option for keeping dining prices somewhat reasonable vs. staying in Canyons or Park City and eating there every night.

what a nice stay

Kathi, thank you for a wonderful vacation. Your condo was much nicer than the pictures show. We spent a lot of social time in the marvelous kitchen and dining area, we just found it very comfortable. The living room is a perfect place to relax with the 3 recliners plus couch. In fact our daughter from SLC stayed one night and said the pull-out was the most comfortable she had ever slept on. We really enjoyed the walk to Redstone for restaurants and grocery. We did not take advantage of the bus service since parking at the resorts was much easier than we thought, just get there early. Marti's in Redstone did a great job on our ski's also. The nice thing is, I don't have to search for places any more, we will just check your availability. Thanks again, The Cathey's.
