Our Newly Updated Loggerhead Cay Condo with New living room furniture and completely New Kitchen. There is DSL and High Speed WiFi Internet in our unit. We have Great Views of the Gulf Beach and the heated Swimming Pool below.The Spacious Living RM has a 26 ft. Mirrored Wall providing excellent views from 60% of the condo Featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi tub in the Master bath, Spacious living room, dining room, Screened patio and New Full size Front load washer/dyer.

The bedding is a King in the Master with a HDTV, 2 Twins in the Guest with TV/DVD and a Sleeping sofa in the living room. The Guest Bedroom has been completely remodeled. There is a New HD 32 in. TV with a DVD and VHS Player. New upgrades include new kitchen and Free for Guests 4 High Quality Bicycles. The adult bikes were New in 2014. The Unique features of our unit is the Glass Sliders on both the Inside and out side of the Lanai. You can have AC in the Lanai. The Living room East wall is completely mirrored. The mirrored walls provides added Brightness to the condo.

Sanibel Island is a Tropical Paradise with endless things to see and do for all ages. There is about 30 miles of Biking, Walking and in-line Skating trails. Enjoy the Lush foliage, Flowers, and Sandy Shell Strewn Beach. You can Walk to close by Shopping and Restaurants. There are 2 18 hole Public Golf courses on the island.

Our Unit at Loggerhead Cay is Professionally Managed and there is always someone available to meet your needs. The units are inspected annually to ensure that they are maintained and ensure our standards of cleanliness.

Loggerhead Cay is about .3 miles from the Causeway to Fort Myers, providing easy access on and off the island.

Recent Upgrades include New Living room Furniture and Blinds and the completely New Kitchen and the All new Guest Bedroom. We also now have a New Front Load Washer and Dryer in our unit. We have 4 Excellent Quality bicycles. The adult bikes are New There are also 2 Tennis Rackets in our condo along with a lot of Beach items. Call owners for detailed information.

About Jim Way

We are Jim and Jean Way from Chanhassen Minnesota. We own and operate a Rental Equipment and Special Events business. We are able to travel in the Winter months because our business slows down in the cold Minnesota Winters. We have a son and daughter that work with us in our business. We have 5 grand children.

Why Jim Way chose Florida

We vacationed in Florida probably 10 years before we decided to look at buying vacation property. We choose Sanibel Island because it was our favorite vacation location. We purchase a Loggerhead Cay condo because it is a Great complex with a Great location. A beach condo complex and very close to the Sanibel Cause-way.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is a very bright condo with with about 60 feet of floor to ceiling mirrors. The condo has Spectacular views of the beach and green way. We very much like to walk the beach and view the Sun Sets in the evenings. We also enjoy the bike paths and we will normally bike to a restaurant a couple times a week.

Fine stay

We enjoyed our stay and the condo had most everything needed. The condo description implies that it is newly remodeled and furnished but it is not, although it was OK except for the carpeting which could use replacement. We did thoroughly enjoy the glassed-in lanai which made it very comfortable to sit out on hot evenings. The condo buildings were well-maintained and the grounds were well kept. The pool was very nice. There were plenty of pool and beach toys which was very nice, we would have liked better beach chairs. Also it would have been nice to have some plastic glassware to take to the pool and the beach. We bought three and left them behind. There was a problem with the washing machine and the owner had it fixed immediately. Over all we had a very nice stay.

Owner's Response: We very much appreciate our guests review. Their comments are very helpful for helping us improve our unit and our guests stay. We will be replacing the carpet this Fall. Because of the beach use and carpet in general in this property we replace the carpet every 4 years. There are other improvements we will be looking to do this year such as New master bedroom furniture. We will always use guest comments to help improve our condo and will continue to make improvements every year.

Great place-Loggerhead

The one week stay at Loggerhead was great. We have stayed at this location for several years and we love it. We wanted to book two weeks but the 2nd week was already booked when we made arrangements in June so we had to spend the 2nd week elsewhere. The shopping, biking, swimming, beach, library, and schoolhouse theatre were all wonderful. We have already booked two weeks for next April.

Everything as promised

Very good accommodation exactly as described on the website.The owner contacted us to ensure there were no concerns and whether there was anything else we required .A well equipped apartment with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.The owner provided bicycles which we used daily to explore the island.The separate bike lanes on the island ensured safety for 70 year olds who were short of cycling practice.On Sanibel island cyclists and pedestrians have priority and one feels safe.The condominium complex was superb .Two minutes from the beach.It had its own swimming pool and tennis courts and is meticulously maintained.It was quiet and peaceful and our stay was delightful.The island is an exceptional holiday destination with collecting shells and spotting wildlife and spectacular sunsets all providing a calming effect on the soul.It was heaven on the Paradise coast.
