Dissapointing
Although this cabin was located on a stream that is about all it had going for it. At first glance the unit appeared clean but at closer inspection there were cobwebs, the shower had mold buildup in the door tracks, there were dead bugs in the light covers and the higher surfaces had dust/dirt built up. We had to buy pillow cases for several of the pillows that did not have any on them. There was some sort of growth in the dishwasher and the oven was filthy. The property is dingy and the furniture is old and rickety..

Beautiful property but needs some attention
This cabin is beautifully located right by the stream. It is comfortable and clean for the most part. We would like to see better handicapped accessories like grab bars in the bathroom and a wheelchair ramp that goes all the way into the house. No can opener was provided in the kitchen which was a major inconvenience. Only around 5 towels were provided which didn't last long for 4 guests. More towels should be provided or guests should be advised to bring some. Ceiling fans set to high and no way to adjust. Hot tub was very nice and beautiful view of the creek.

Age of amenities
Overall our stay was great! The only recommendation would be to purchase new pots & pans, silverware as well as dishes as many things were broken and chipped and the age of coating made cooking difficult. We ended up going out and purchasing cheap pans to use for our stay. It would have been nice to have additional trash bags as well.

Cozy get away
Everything was good. The beds weren't that comfortable and the pots and pans are there, but they are very scratched and the coating gone. It is right on the river and beautiful, there are neighbors on both sides. It is very convenient for activities and many trails and parks and aboutv30-35 min to Gatlinburg.
