The Perch is cozy, cared for, and full of character. Situated on a beautifully gardened property, in West Seattle, with views that take in ferries, the Olympic peninsula and the Sound, it is a wonderful, place for a respite between sojourns or a restorative break. I would absolutely book again. Whether solo, as a couple, or even a buddy, the optional second queen bed and bedroom make for multiple situations. So glad to have found it.
Beautiful views in a quiet neighborhood
My husband and I stayed here for my first trip to Seattle and we loved it. The location is close to anything you’d need yet nestled away in a quiet neighborhood. The place was clean, well taken care of and had everything we needed and more. And last but not least, I fell asleep each night and woke up each morning looking out at the Puget Sound. You can’t beat that view!
Beautiful grounds and easy to get to downtown Seattle! Would definitely recommend!!
Million-dollar view and cozy get-away
Beautiful area, million-dollar view but affordable, cozy little cottage, in a great location to explore Seattle with a rental car. Easy access to downtown Seattle, Snoqualamie Falls, ferries, wine tasting. Had everything we needed.
Perfect place. Perfect hosts
Cozy with amazing view. All you’ll need for a great visit. Only issue might be bathroom is downstairs but wasn’t a problem for us. Love it.
Puget Sound on three sides
Cozy. Spectacular views. Quiet, secluded neighborhood. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly hosts. Steep stairs from bedroom to bathroom were the only drawback.
If you are traveling with another party or more people, ask about "The Lookout", a separate entry apartment for 2 people (in main house) located just 10 paces from The Perch.
