Apartment in ideal location sleeps 2/4. One bedroom apartment on prestigious Marina View with prime beach front location just outside popular town of St. Vlas and close to picturesque town of Nessebar and close to Sunny Beach. A 4* complex with shared pools, supermarket, internet cafe, mini golf, tennis, restaurants and bars etc. Pool and sea views from balcony. The apartment is situated within a gated complex has 24/7 security and is down steps to the lovely Paradise Beach. English speaking management are on hand to help make your stay enjoyable, can advise on car hire, taxi and if required book excursions. There are 3 pools on site and also children's pools. On the adjoining Panorama Fort complex, there are many other pools and facilities which guests are welcome to use. Pools include jacuzzi, waves and slides. The on-site bar/restaurants serves good quality, competitively priced food.

This new 3rd floor apartment (both lift and stair access) has a large balcony accessible from both the living area and the bedroom and it has unobstructed sea and pool views. Lovely new apartment (with air-con) on a beautiful family orientated complex, with walkways, landscaped gardens, supermarket, internet cafe, mini golf, tennis, beauty spa 'Dreams' offering an extensive range of treatments, children's play equipment, car hire, currency exchange etc. The apartment is tastefully furnished in a modern style and has been carefully planned to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. It comprises TV Digital (60 channels) and DVD (with a collection of DVD's), washing machine, its own safe, fridge/freezer, oven and hob etc. There is ample crockery and cutlery provided.

The bedroom has a double bed and the sofabed in the living area sleeps another 2 if required. It is a spacious open planned lounge/dining area which has plenty of seating and and ample storage.

The air conditioning is remote controlled (hot and cold air) and is in both the bedroom and main living area. The shower room is fully tiled throughout with mirrored and illuminated cabinets. Towels are provided (not pool towels though) and towels and linen are changed weekly. This truly is a lovely apartment in an ideal location overlooking sea and pool and surrounding area. Come and give us a try I am sure you won't be disappointed and you will love Bulgaria as much as we do.

This is a brilliant location for families with it being on a complex with plenty of swimming pools a shop, restaurants/bars. A sandy beach is adjacent to the complex down a flight of steps giving you the choice of poolside or beach bathing.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has two doors onto the balcony which looks out over gardens, sea and pool.

This is a well equipped apartment with the benefit of air-conditioning stair and lift access.

Thank you for the lovely holiday in your apartment. When we arrived it was very clean and welcoming. The taxi service you suggested provided a welcome which provided all the basics we needed to get our holiday started. Even though it was towards the end of the season we had a lovely time going over to Nessebar on the taxi boat, which we caught from the nearby beach. One hi-light of the trip was seeing Dolphins from the boat on the way over and we had a lovely day wandering around the back streets. We would love to revist your apartment next year.

A well furnished apartment to enable you to have an enjoyable stay without worrying about smaller details. Cupboards are well supplied with cooking utensils, and equipment. The apartment itself has a good practical layout and although it has an open plan feel the bedroom has it's own separate air conditioning/temperature control. The balcony is accessed from both the living room and the bedroom and has a table and four chairs for enjoying the splendid sea views. A sofa bed in the lounge can convert to a double bed if required. A TV (60 channels) DVD player with a selection of films. The kitchen area has a washer/dryer, a hob and oven, a fridge with large freezer box as well as all the usual kitchen equipment. The dining table seats four easily. Hot water is by an electric boiler and is included in the rental price of the property) Clean linen is provided and changed if stay is more than a week. Other laundry can be arranged should you require at the site office for a small fee.

Karen, thank you very much for your apartment. All was good. The apartment is located in a quiet place. On one side of the pool, on the other side of the sea. The apartment has everything to live. Toaster, iron, washing machine, microwave, TV, DVD. True, we did not watch TV, do not want. No hair dryer, but I took his. The apartments have all the dishes/

Great Holiday

My wife and I stayed in this property for the 2 weeks commencing 10th June 2012.The apartment is one of the best i've ever stayed in and lived up to it's promise Plenty of space, clean, good views, we saw Dolphins from the balcony on more than one occasion, all the necessary facilities were in working order. The apartment was sited on mopdern a complex which was kept immaculate with well tended gardens and plenty of activity including swimming pools or relaxation as the mood takes you.

I booked the apartment with the owner who was very efficient, helpful, and businesslike, no detail was missed. The taxi transfer from airport was booked by me with the owners recommended company, the driver was waiting for us when we arrived.

Outside the complex there is no shortage of things to do plenty of walks, or a trip to Nessebar by water taxi which you pick up at the end of paradise beach. As well as Paradise Beach, there is two other smaller beaches, it takes no more than 7 minutes walk to the furthest beach

Nearest Airport

This frontline complex has a lovely sea walk with benches along route. Fishing is possible off the rocks. There are ample poolside loungers and parasols (small fee sometimes required). This really is a lovely complex with plenty to do.

The marina at St. Vlas is easily accessible with a bus directly outside the entrance gate. Shops and bars and restaurants are plentiful. Sunny Beach resort with it's miles of golden beaches, clubs, shopping, bars and restaurants is easy by bus or a few levs by Taxi.

Nessebar is well worth a visit and boats operate between the shores. It is an ancient picturesque town full of ruins and monuments, cafe's and craft sellers. The old part of town dates back to 11th century and has been designated a heritage site. The wooden buildings and cobbled streets are a lovely alternative to a day on the beach. Lunch in a restaurant overlooking the harbour and a stroll around the narrow streets are an experience not to be missed.
