The apartment is positioned overlooking the swimming pool and has beautiful views of the sea and countryside. Located on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor apartment block, a wonderful, safe and private location for families. Very spacious with a large balcony for private sunbathing, if you don’t want to walk down to the pool. Built on the urbanization of Nerea, the property is located about 1 mile from the centre of Peñíscola, very close to the Mediterranean and local beaches.

Basic Sky TV is available with free-to-air channels in the lounge and both bedrooms, channels included BBC & ITV networks Ch 4 , Sky News, CNN, and radio

WiFi internet is availible free.

Onsite there is 2 communal swimming pools and child’s pool, restaurant, bar and grocery shop. Basic Sky TV is available with free-to-air channels in the lounge and bedrooms including BBC & ITV channels, Sky News, CNN, and radio. Spanish and Germany TV is sometimes available, but cannot be guaranteed. There is also a DVD player in the lounge. The Apartment is on the middle floor of a 3 floor apartment block, with unspoiled views of the sea & countryside. The apartment comprises of a lounge/ dinning area with large balcony terrace, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, 1 double bedroom & 1 twin bedroom room. Private parking is available including a locked communal garage under the apartment blocks.

Very good holidays

It is the third times that we stay in Peniscola in Mr Scott Douglas's apartment and it is a very good place to stay.

This is a large and confortable apartment, with a very nice view on the swimming pool, the sea and next to Sierra d'Irta.

The property is well maintained and clean.

Just one thing : WIFI is really bad !!!

Peniscola is really nice to go to the beach, many restaurants and places to go. The castle is just wonderful.

We will come back once again, it is sure and I will recommend this place to my friends.

Great for families

Fine size apartment with huge terrace. Fully furnished and equipped. There are 2 sunbeds and big table with chairs on the balcony. A/C worked perfect. We had a problem with hot water but it was sorted straight away. Bed clothes and full sets of towels were also provided. Apartment was clean and well maintained. Couple that look after it was very friendly and helpful. We got a car park space also. Communal pool was cleaned every day and was very well looked after. It has small area for toddlers. Estate is located 1.5km outside Peniscola centre. Car is a must. There is no path along the road and it's unlit so it's quite dangerous to walk especially in night time. At the time we were, Peniscola was very busy, so it was hard to find parking space after 7pm. There are two major supermarkets (one in town centre and other on the way out from town-closed on Sunday). The beach is clean, beautiful and huge, showers located every few steps. There is a big number of restaurants to choose from. We found two bakeries. Apartment is located in quiet area, perfect for families with kids.

Belle appartement, spacieux et confortable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 5 dans l'appartement, il est conforme aux photos, le secteur est vraiment calme.

Le propriétaire nous a toujours répondu aux questions posé et sur place Sandra et Martin sont très sympathiques.

Summer stay

Clean, tidy and comfortable! Great please to relax and watch the kids in the pool. Car needed to get around, though can walk to town. Sandra, (key holder) is great and lives close to apartment. Will book again.

Great apartment, friendly helpful owner

My husband, two kids and Jack Russell recently stayed in this apartment. I was more than impressed with the condition and cleanliness and equally delighted with the comfortable beds! It is quiet at the moment (out of season) which suited us but there is still plently to do in the surrounding area. You will need a car to get around.

After a few dodgy rentals experiences, it was great to discover this place. It's excellent value for money and also has the bonus of a friendly and helpful owner, thank you to Scott. We will definitely return.

The Property is located about 1km from the centre of Peñíscola, on a natural viewpoint over the sea, very close to the water. The old town of Peniscola is very picturesque - built on a peninsula. The centrepiece is a medieval castle which was occupied in the 15th century by rebel pope, Benedict XIII. The streets are cobbled and narrow. There are lots of restaurants, shops and miles of beaches.
