I now fly and sell/manage real estate.
Lucas purchased this Condo in 2018
Why Lucas chose Daytona Beach Shores
This property is considered a crown jewel in Daytona lore. Prices run from the $400,000-$1,000,000+ range. As you can see in the pictures it is very luxurious and the only weekly rental of its kind in Daytona that allows such luxurious suites to be rented out to the awesome tourists who visit us each year.
What makes this Condo unique
The layout of this condo is unlike any others from the gourmet kitchen to the wrap around balcony, to the fine accents, decor, and furniture. This place just makes you feel right at home. My clients fell in love with the building, the unit, the layout, the kitchen, the balcony, and ultimately the location in relation to the activities Daytona Beach has to offer.

Beautiful property but some things could change!
We loved staying here for bike week. We always come to Daytona in October for “biketober fest” and this was our best stay location so far.
The property itself is super secure, and it’s safe. The condo we stayed in was like staying in a Ritz for us. Plenty of room, plenty of balcony room. Lots of space in bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was very well supplied with everything we needed and I loved it had a washer and dryer.
Only thing I can say was negative was the check in process was not communicated throughly amongst my husband and I.. which disappointed us being we had a rough trip down and got there super late, but the manager made up for it which made it 10x better. Management should probably just be a little more communication savvy with customers before they show up after driving out of state and are tired and unaware of things.. other than that, I will 100% be back for all of my Daytona stays, Bike week or not !!!
Marissa was a great guest from start to finish.
However we did have some miscommunication with the type of pet she was bringing, how many motorcycles her group was bringing, and the groups late arrival. However we did make sure her dog and 4 motorcycles were accommodated as well as waived the late check in fee.
For future guests
- We do not allow aggressive breeds (Pitbulls, Shepard’s, Dobermans, etc)
- We do not have trailer parking in our garage. We get two parking spots, and up to 3 motorcycles can go in each parking spot.
- We do have a mandatory tour of the building per our association. This tour must be provided to at least one group member. This is not our policy it is the condos policy so no one gets lost in the building and everyone has been briefed of the condo rules and shown around. So regardless of arrival time you must get a tour.
- Unfortunately due to quite a few bad apples checking in during the AM hours, we now have a late check in fee. (we were the last management company to adopt this policy) (see rules and policies) We are not a hotel, we do not have a front desk staff. These are private luxury residences and either I or my staff must leave our families after working hours to accommodate your late night check-in and give you a tour (We do waive the fee for reasonable circumstances beyond your control as a guest such as Marissa’s group which had a flat tire.)
— typically i will ask your group what time you will arrive so either I or my staff can be at the condo to greet you at that specified time. If you go out to eat, or shopping, or anything else it leaves me or my staff waiting on you at the condo. We are trying to avoid that so everyone can be checked in and home at a decent hour of the night.
We appreciate every guests understanding and we look forward to having you as guests in the future.

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The pictures don’t do it any justice! Lucas was very easy to work with as well. My family and I will be back to stay here. Thank you Lucas again for everything!
Paula and her family were amazing guests. They were not only super clean but they treated the condo as if it were their own.
Amazing guests. Would love to have them back!
Thank you so much!
Great Beach Condo!
We very much enjoyed our stay at your luxury condo property in Ocean Vista!!! Wonderful spacious condo with all the basic amenities one would need. Comfortable beds with each room having a ceiling fan. Condo has a great location to some great restaurants - Cocina 214 (Mexican) and Landshark. Ocean Vista offers secured underground parking, secured entrances, a great pool, and security on property. Highly recommend this great property!!!
David and his family were absolutely wonderful guests! They treated the condo as if it was their own. Our cleaner kept commenting how clean the unit was after they checked out.
Truly wonderful guests and I would recommend them to anyone hosting on HomeAway/VRBO!
Spacious and great location
Lucas is very responsive and helpful
Where Class Meets the Beach!
We loved this condo! The beautiful kitchen was very well equipped. I cannot think of a single thing we needed. Both bedrooms and baths were so roomy and comfortable. Lucas did a great job decorating and choosing furniture. You really felt like you were at home. He thought of everything from a sewing kit to many extra towels, blankets, and pillows. We made our way downstairs daily to watch the sunrise over the ocean or walk on the amazing beach. We even got to see the lights from the recent space shot. The heated pool was great on the cool days we had. We also made great use of the outside patio. It gets the afternoon sun and the sunsets were beautiful. This condo will forever be the standard by which I judge any others. Yes, we loved it!
Ann & her husband were absolutely amazing guests! I enjoyed having them stay in the condo, they were super clean, communicated well, and most importantly they treated the condo as if it were their own. If I could give them a 6 out of 5 stars I would!! You will not find better guests then these two! Highly recommend!
This unit is immaculate, very comfy and huge. I stayed for 10 days. Lucas a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and because this is a huge condo with lots of amenities including great security He took the time to give me tour and that made my stay so much better to know all the extras available. I have stayed at other condos in daytona with residents that make it very uncomfortable but this condo is very friendly. I will definitely return and stay with Lucas again.
Lauren and her little frenchie were awesome! She was very communicative and polite and she kept the condo in wonderful condition throughout her stay! We would certainly welcome her back. 10/10! Thank you Lauren!!
