Entire house has been remodeled. Prepare meals in a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters & stainless steel appliances. Porcelain tile has been placed throughout the house. Enjoy the looks of travertine in each of the two bathrooms. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with it's own flat-screen cable TV and ceiling fan. Wifi service included.

Sliding Door opens from the kitchen/dining room directly to an outdoor patio with a stainless natural gas grill - the perfect place for outdoor meals or just relaxing and taking in the panoramic mountain views.

Sliding Doors open from each bedroom to a large covered patio leading to the refreshing saltwater swimming pool & spa. This large fully private backyard has been beautifully planted in desertscape, mixed with plenty of color, and many palm trees for a resort like feel. Full sunshine at the pool throughout the day, as well as spectacular views of the San Jacinto mountains.

Why Chris Cundari chose California Desert

We fell in love with this neighborhood many years ago when looking for a 'second home' to purchase in Palm Springs. We purchased this home from the original owners, who are now deceased, and then proceeded to update the entire home and property. We have spent many weekends here at this house over the years and have many wonderful, fond memories.

What makes this house unique

This home sits on a quiet culdesac and is on a large, long lot. The homes on either side of our home are at a distance, which allows a lot of privacy. Our pool/spa are located on the side of the lot, which allows for direct access from both bedrooms via a glass sliding door. We designed one side of the pool deck along with the location of the spa to have great mountain views. We have landscaped the property with rocks, gravel, succulants, palm trees, mixed in with various color. This allows for a tropical, yet warm desert feel. We get quite a lot of compliments on how comfortable our back yard is to be in. We just recently re-tiled our pool with 1x1 blue & white tiles, which added a contemporary look to the pool.

We had such a fabulous time at your home, it was the perfect get away. Everything we could have needed was provided at your home, it was wonderful. Just excellent

This house was absolutely perfect. We often visit Palm Springs and have always stayed near the boulevard, in hotels. This home was about 3 blocks from the main boulevard, and I cannot imagine we will stay anywhere else from now on.

This visit we were entertaining friends from out of the country and had never been to Palm Springs. Everyone was beyond impressed with the home - its location, decor, the pool and spa were so well kept. There was nothing we needed to provide for as the homeowners provided everything and it was lovely.

We had an amazing time, and were absolutely thrilled with our decision to stay. I have made sure to leave reviews and recommendations to all my Social Media outlets as well. We look forward to renting from them in the future :)

Always a great stay!

Very comfortable house and nice quiet neighborhood. I have stayed here a couple of times and have loved it. Chris, the owner is very responsive when you have questions and very professional. Love this place!

Nice home to get away!

We had a great time at this house for our long weekend. The all tile and flat layout of the house was perfect for our young kid and old dog! The pool has a great layout for combination of shallow and deep and hot tub. Short drive to downtown. Will look to come back on future trips.

Immaculate cozy home

We found the house very well kept and meticulously clean. Our only negatives were the location is in the north end of town and therefore prone to high winds and we found the master bedroom mattress to be exceptionally hard. That may just be us as we do prefer a softer bed. The owner, Chris, was wonderful to deal with and responded immediately to any minor concerns we had. Overall, very good value for the money.

Wonderful vacation home! Can't wait to return!

The house was extremely clean and had everything we could possibly need during our stay - even a pack n play and booster seat for our daughter, which made travel a lot lighter for us. The backyard and pool were exceptionally well kept and provided lots of privacy. There was shade and sun in all the right spots and plenty of outdoor seating options. The nightime lighting in the backyard, in and around the pool was perfect - great ambiance. The air conditioning worked great and the beds are comfy. The pool is salt water which is a bonus and the owner was friendly and very quick to respond to correspondence! Check-in and out was a breeze. Thank you Chris! We'll be back!

Great property conveniently located

We had a great stay here. The house was very clean and had all the necessary items we needed. The jacuzzi was great. We didn't get to use the pool because it was too cold. Four of us stayed at the property and it was the perfect size for all of us. The property was conveniently located close to everything which was very nice. I would definitely go back and stay here again.
