'LE NOSTALGIQUE' is ideally located in the heart of Cannes, the 'Carré d'Or'.

It perfectly suits business people since walking distance to the 'Palais des festivals' (Congress & exhibition center) is only 3min, the sea as well as to the most well known shopping street 'rue d'Antibes' being only 30sec away!

Everything is reachable within less then 10min walking distance: 5 star hotels, exclusive stores like Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Rolex and Fred, restaurants, cinemas, night clubs, public as well as private beaches, the old port and the old town.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (there is a lift) and has 2 balconies and 1 terrace on which you can enjoy your meals. The living room balcony has a partial sea view.

LE NOSTALGIQUE is very bright and is equipped with air conditioning through out.

This is a spacious (75m2) apartment with sea view. It is very bright and modern and in a well maintained building. It has 2 big balconies, 1 terrace and also a secure parking. The market on place Gambetta is only steps away.

      • The apartment was fully renovated and refurbished. Only quality material used. All 4 single beds are 90x200cm. Usual French standard length is 190cm. We can accommodate tall people! All beds can be converted into double beds
        180x200cm The sofa bed is in the living room. Size: 140x200cm. The sofa bed is a small double, best for 1 person or 2 children who do not need much space...Its mattress is 15cm thick which makes this convertible very comfortable. LE NOSTALGIQUE is also used by business men as many congresses in Cannes. This is why we have opted for 4 single beds rather then doubles. There is a direct access from master bedroom to one of the 3 balconies. We also have a 'deluxe' baby bed with integrated music, light and vibration mode as well as integrated changing table and bag (nappies, oils, creams ect.).

Secure underground parking on -2. hight restriction: 180cm Cost: 20.-E per day. Higher + longer cars: parking LAUBEUF, at 1.4km, at harbour, outside! for babies: Plastic cutlery (plates + cups), 1 high chair for a child up to 2 years, a baby travel cot + blankets. This fashionable cot has integrated music, a changing table plus a bag hanging to its side (for baby oils, nappies etc.) Re smoking: Should people feel an urgent need to smoke, this can be done on the balconies (there are 3!). Please DO NOT SMOKE inside the apartment since all is new and smelling good! I also manage a 2nd apartment (same street): please view L'AZUR, property 97430, 60m2, 2 bedrooms, 4 - 6 people, garage yes (building opposite). Both apartments can be booked together.

                                                                  Location location denne skønne lejlighed havde den perfekte beliggenhed mellem stranden samt rue d'antibes, super centralt til alting . Lejligheden var super rent, havde gode senge, godt wifi, samt tre terrasser, der var masser af porcelæn samt bestik. Meget veludstyret med alt det man skal bruge i dagligdagen .

                                                                  Værtinde Bettina var meget hjælpsom samt hurtig til at svare, kan kun anbefales at booke lejligheden ved hende alt var tiptop. Håber vi ses igen i 2018.

                                                                  Great apartment, good space for families..we would stay there again. Bettina was a great host and accomodated our needs as a family with kids.

                                                                  Highlights: location is perfect, well equipped kitchen, strong shower water pressure, beautiful sunshine in.

                                                                  Downside: - living room decor and furniture was a bit outdated.

                                                                  - the toilet was in a separate from the shower rooms.

                                                                  Guess this is a matter of taste. You are used to Dubai's brand new and modern high rise buildings. But hey... "this is good old Europe"...

                                                                  We wanted to give the apartment a feeling of Nostalgia and Film Festival and opted for pictures and furniture reflecting this.

                                                                  Most our clients do appreciate since you are the very first who is commenting about the decor. But I will keep it in mind.

                                                                  Re the separate toilet:

                                                                  Well, many clients like the idea of having the toilet separate from the shower rooms...

                                                                  Before redecorating this apartment, there actually was only 1 bathroom.

                                                                  We changed the layout and created 2 en suite shower rooms instead which was greatly appreciated by clients.

                                                                  But because of the way the building was designed, we couldn't change the location of the separate toilet. That's the story.

                                                                  Re your arrival and departure times:

                                                                  Because of your 2 babies, the cleaning lady and I did the best we could to let you arrive 4hrs early and leave 6hrs later then the usual classical arrival and departure times which I believe you greatly appreciated.

                                                                  Bereits zum dritten Mal haben wir unsere Ferien im Le Nostalgique verbracht. Es war wiederum alles perfekt. Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen. Und der Empfang durch Bettina so herzlich, man kommt sich vor wie ein König. Einfach das ultimative Appartement für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder! Keine Frage. Ein Tipp: unbedingt Garagenplatz gleich dazu mieten. Besser kann man es mit dem Auto nicht haben. Kleine Einschränkung: Auto sollte nicht zu gross sein. Mehr kann man nicht sagen, einfach nur vom Urlaub träumen und sich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt freuen.

                                                                  The apartment is located in an ideal area. Everything is in walking distance: Beach, Sights, Shopping, Restaurants and Bars. Even a small sea view from one of the three balconies is there. Bedrooms are pretty calm thanks to two windows! Air conditioning! Reception and Departure have been perfectly organized! Thank you!

                                                                  Unless you are wanting the heart of Old Town (only a 5 minute walk) you can't find a more convenient and well-maintained place to stay. Bettina was very accommodating re our arrival and departure, and all of the information she provided was spot on. Major pluses were: steps from Rue d'Antibe, secure building, lift, and reliable wi-fi. We would definitely stay here again.

You had no easy start coming by car from Como Italy and being totally stuck in traffic jam on the highway. Your expected arrival time in Cannes was 3pm. I waited 4hrs for you but finally we ended up meeting you at the Colombe d'Or restaurant in St. Paul at 22:15hrs (10:15pm)! I was then available by phone till midnight until you had finally settled in. It was a long day for all of us. Your departure was also delayed by 4hrs due to health problems. But it seems, all in all you had a great MIDEM in Cannes and it was worth the while. I am glad you liked the apartment and the location and hope to be seeing you again in 2017.

                                                                  Best location in Cannes! No car needed since 'everything' is within 10min walking distance. Take the airport bus from Nice or come by train. Then walk for 10min from the bus / train station to the flat. Cannes is famous for its film festival and it's very mild climate with blue sky most of the year. It is ideal for holiday since beaches are all sand and very close to the apartment. There are great restaurants near by and a beautiful promenade. During July and August above the sea of Cannes, at least 5 magnificent fireworks (sound + music) are presented each year. The romantic old town of Mougin is within 15min drive and the 'Esterel' mountains are great for hiking. Most well known actors are coming to the city during mid May. Cannes is also famous for its congresses and exhibitions. Where else could you sit in your business suit at the beach for lunch and return to the flat for a quick shower? By train: 40min to Nice, 1hrs to Monaco and Italy! 20min to beautiful Antibes harbour town. During summer: ships to St. Tropez, around 1.30hrs Parking 20.-E p/d, hight restriction: 180cm ! Other Activities: all water sports, tennis, golf, canyoning, paragliding, skiing (within 1hrs drive) ...
