Beautiful 3BR, 2 Bath Condo On The Shores Of Horseshoe Bay In Leech Lake
We Purchased this condo in the winter of 2012 as an unfinished unit, we finished it ourselves taking great pride in designing and choosing all the materials and furnishing. We are a family of five, a 3 year old and twin newborns. We feel in love with the condo from the minute we saw it, The great beach was perfect spot for my daughter to run around and have fun.

We took great pride and built the condo painstakingly. Our aim was to create a home away from home with all the amenities and making no compromise to the quality of furnishings yet have all the benefits of living on the lake in a beautiful resort. Being close to a national forest was another major attraction ....
What makes this Condo unique
Our Condo is in the upper level end unit with great views of the lake and beach from the living room, patio and dining room. Located within the Horseshoe Bay resort complex, the guests have full access to all the amenities of the resort including the indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, fish cleaning shack etc.

No early Check-ins or Late Check Outs without prior authorization by Home Owner. This is a NON SMOKING condo. Evidence of smoking in or on the premises will result in a $300 fine DAMAGE DEPOSIT – No charge against the damage deposit will be made provided the following provisions are met 1. No damage is done to the condo or its contents including furniture, fixtures and furnishings beyond normal wear and tear. No furniture has been moved from its original location. 2. All trash, debris, rubbish are bagged in trash bags and placed in the dumpster belonging to the Home Owners association located in the Resort. Details of the location of the dumpster are provided in the booklet located in the condo. 3. All soiled dishes are placed in dishwasher, cleaned and put away. A $50 fine will be charged against the deposit if dishes are left in the sink to be cleaned 4. No Linens or dishware or kitchen appliance are lost or damaged NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While Linens and bath towels are included in the rental, maid service is not included in the rental rate. PARKING – Outside parking is available in front of the condo building. Vehicles should be parked in front of the garage marked 807. A signed rental agreement is required for every rental. Overall were satisfied, and would recommend this property to others, only down side was the restaurant was closed and the bar/lounge had limited access .

Cozy and Quaint
We really enjoyed our stay, the only negative was not catching any fish big enough to keep!!!! Hope to come back next summer!
Great condo, great location, great experience
Property was awesome. Had a minor issue with the water and Sri was right on it - incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We had 9 people and did not feel crowded at all. The two kids loved the basketball in the living room. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

This condo has all the luxuries of home. Beds are very comfortable, along with comfortable seating in the family living area. Kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes and utensils that we needed. It is a 2nd floor condo with easy access to beach and lake. Love that u can use the attached Anderson's resort docks and swimming items. Sri ,the owner is wonderful to work with as she is responsive and even checked in midweek to see how we were doing. Just a great experience for our family.
