No early Check-ins or Late Check Outs without prior authorization by Home Owner. This is a NON SMOKING condo. Evidence of smoking in or on the premises will result in a $300 fine DAMAGE DEPOSIT – No charge against the damage deposit will be made provided the following provisions are met 1. No damage is done to the condo or its contents including furniture, fixtures and furnishings beyond normal wear and tear. No furniture has been moved from its original location. 2. All trash, debris, rubbish are bagged in trash bags and placed in the dumpster belonging to the Home Owners association located in the Resort. Details of the location of the dumpster are provided in the booklet located in the condo. 3. All soiled dishes are placed in dishwasher, cleaned and put away. A $50 fine will be charged against the deposit if dishes are left in the sink to be cleaned 4. No Linens or dishware or kitchen appliance are lost or damaged NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While Linens and bath towels are included in the rental, maid service is not included in the rental rate. PARKING – Outside parking is available in front of the condo building. Vehicles should be parked in front of the garage marked 807. A signed rental agreement is required for every rental.
