New modern 2-bedroom apartment with 2 balconies, full-size bathroom, separate kitchen and dining area, situated in a residential area near St Lazarus Square, within 5 min walk to the Larnaca Blue Flag (top-clean) Award Beach, Palm Tree Promenade, High Street, Designer Shops and Market; 8 min drive to the International Airport.

The 1st floor fully equipped apartment has a separate kitchen, living room, double bedroom, twin bedroom, full size bathroom with bathtub and shower, two spacious covered balconies (22sq.m) with deck chairs, sunbed and extra tables. The home entertainment includes Satellite TV (over 800 channels from 3 satellites), DVD player, CD/Cassette/Radio player, music and video libraries. The building is equipped with a lift and secure entry system, located in a residential area, far enough from busy roads and shopping area, to have a good night sleep. There is a dedicated off-road car parking slot under the building. The electricity is paid by renters from their damage/security deposit at the local rate of €0.3/kWh by electricity meter readings.

A Perfect Stay

Me and my son spent 3 weeks in the apartment and were very happy with how clean and spacious it was. It's situated in a quiet part of town but within easy reach of the shops and beaches. We love Cyprus and the apartment helped to make our holiday very enjoyable. Thank-you!

Spotless apartment in quiet backwater

Just back from a week in this great apartment, which, though in a relatively quiet area of Larnaca, is only a few minutes' walk from the central sights and Finikoudes Beach. We found the apartment to be very clean and well equipped. Before we arrived, the friendly and professional owner, Alex, was very communicative, provided much useful information and helped us book airport transfers. Although we decided not to rent a car, we found it quite easy and cheap to use the local and intercity buses - for sunny days out in Lefkara, Nicosia and Agia Napa. In summary, we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a stay in Larnaca.

Comfortable apartment in quiet super location

The apartment was as airy, spacious and comfortably furnished as indicated in write up and photos. Cleanliness and living conditions very satisfactory from mattresses and bed linen to kitchen facilities and verandah furniture. Location is in a quiet residential area yet literally 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Larnaka. Our landlord, Alex was honest, very available and delivered as promised.

Pleasant and relaxing trip in ‘out of season’ Larnaka. Staff in restaurants and shops are friendly giving a ‘feel safe’ atmosphere while walking around the clean streets, busy promenade and semi-crowded sandy beaches. Sightseeing and bus rides to other cities are very affordable. Tour around Larnaka on the bus is basic but ‘fair value’.

Comfortable apartment in an ideal location

Lovely apartment with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable home from home holiday. It is ideal for both the Mackenzie Beach and Finakoudis promenade area's without the need for a car - unless of course you want to explore other area's on the island. The owner Alex is very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him - thank you Alex for all your help. I can highly recommend this apartment, you will not be disappointed.

Holiday in Larnaca

This apartment is in excellent condition, is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The owners are very helpful and our deposit was refunded promptly. It is in an excellent position, fifteen minutes from the airport but no airport noise, five minutes walk to town or the beach. It is a very quiet location near to St Lazurus church and there is ample easy parking if you rent a car. We stayed for two weeks in June and one week in early November. The weather was hot and sunny even in November. We were very pleased with our stay and have every intention of returning soon.

We would highly recommend this apartment and fully endorse all previous reviews.

There is a lot to do around including water activities (swimming, sun bathing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkelling, jet water biking, fishing, boat cruising), quad-biking, go-karting, walking (there are free walking tours in Larnaca and other areas), cycling etc. High street and designer shops, the daily and especially the Saturday fruit/vegetable/meat markets, numerous cafes, bars & restaurants are highly popular and are within 5 min walk, on the way to Promenade. Visit the Larnaca Salt Lakes, a bustling sanctuary to the Pink Flamingos that arrive during the winter months.
