This is a very privately situated villa with stunning interior, wonderful elevated position with sea and mountain views, smartly designed exterior, private pool, 2 and a half bathrooms, great location, wi-fi, the list goes and on and on as Villa Stella really is a great Cyprus holiday villa. Only a few minutes drive from the famous Coral Bay resort and blue flag beach and Peyia Village centre, Villa Stella is a great new addition to the Paphos holiday rental market.
The villa has a uniquely designed exterior with decorative stone cladding as a feature and the interior is spacious, well designed and fully equipped. The villa is accessed by a long private driveway with gates that eventually leads to a covered car port. On entering the villa itself, you immediately sense the modern clean lines and smart design features. The lounge has large silver TV with Satellite, DVD, Ipod Docking station with speakers, and is accompanied by 2 large 3 seater chocolate leather sofas. The dining table has high backed leather cushioned chairs with large wooden table seating 6 comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped with fitted units in beach, black granite work surfaces and mosaic tiled splashbacks. Major appliances (in stainless steel colour) include tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven hob and hood and microwave. A fully tiled cloakroom completes the internal areas of the ground floor.
Access to the upstairs accommodation is gained by a wide and open staircase and landing.
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, patio doors to balcony and an en-suite shower room which has a large double cubicle. Sea views can be enjoyed from most windows. The second bedroom is a twin room and shares access to the upstairs balcony which in itself is a prime area of the house with table and chairs and great views to both the Mediterranean sea and surrounding mountains. The third bedroom is also a twin room and has a narrow balcony and views to the mountains in the east. Completing the upstairs is a spacious family bathroom. Outside, the villa has a private pool with ample room for sunloungers . A covered terrace with table and chairs and Gas BBQ is accessed from the lounge and dining area providing the ideal place for relaxing in the shade and taking in the views. The villa is fully air-conditioned, has fly screens fitted throughout and has a supply of fresh drinking water to the kitchen.
Wi-Fi and Air-Conditioning are included in the rental price. A Travel Cot and Highchair can be provided free of charge upon request

''The villa was lovely. Very clean, everything worked and it was exactly as the photos showed. Location was fine for us. We hired a car so only a few minutes drive to the local supermarket and restaurants in Coral Bay. As this was our 7th visit to Peyia/Coral Bay we have got to know the area quite well and also the people who work in the restaurants! The kids always want to go to Aphrodite water park in Paphos and also have done Parasailing at Corallia Beach. We love La Vigna Trarroria in Coral Bay, a lovely Italian restaurant, slightly more expensive than other restaurants in the area but worth it. Also Andria restaurant and Samisen Japanese is an entertaining evening.
This was our third holiday booked through LetsRentOnline.com, and the sevice/information provided/response to questions is always excellent. We did not need to contact the local manager at all as everything was ok. Louise did come and do a very thorough mid stay clean. We didn't see Gary clean the pool, but we knew he had been! The 3 villas we have stayed at (Foster, Stella and Zivania) have all been fantastic. Service and correspondence is always excellent. We will probably be going again next summer. Thank you again for another great villa and a lovely holiday''
We were very impressed with both the accommodation and the local area. Villa Stella was spotlessly clean with lovely views looking out to the sea. The villa was well equipped with just about everything you would expect to help make it a real home from home during our stay. There was a wide selection of channels to choose from on the TV, and the beds were very comfy. The real star of the villa, however, is the fantastic swimming pool which saw plenty of action during our stay! It was a perfect size and depth for a five year old confident swimmer who loved jumping in and out of the water. The location of the villa meant that, despite surrounding villas nearby, the pool area was not overlooked at all.
I would argue that you definitely require a car when staying in Peyia for the necessary trips to the supermarket and beach etc, but getting around is very easy.
The beach at Coral Bay is lovely and sandy and the water is fantastic for swimming, or generally just playing about in! We spent a couple of days at Aphrodite Water Park in Paphos which was very much enjoyed by all. The slides are varied and fun and the staff were all great with the kids. One nice innovation was that you don't need to carry any cash with you as any bills for food/toys were scanned onto a wrist band and you paid on your way out.
We enjoy sea food and would highly recommend Ocean Basket in Coral Bay for well priced & delicious menu. Oniro By The Sea is also recommended for eating/drinking. It has a fantastic setting looking out over the sea caves and the ship wreck in the bay. We took a very scenic drive to Latchi in order to hire a motor boat from Latchi Watersports. I can't praise the staff there highly enough, who were very friendly with a very high level of expertise. Would highly recommend this particular company for any boating/snorkelling needs.
Both Gary, who cleaned the pool, and Louise who changed the linen etc were very helpful with tips and pointers to help us enjoy our stay. They were both very nice and friendly which again helped us to enjoy our stay. We all liked the atmosphere and friendliness of the local people and will definitely be returning to Cyprus in the near future.
we echo the views of my sister Kerry and her partner Dale in that the villa was fantastic and a real home away from home. we thoroughly enjoyed the privacy provided at the villa and the tranquility of the area, but within a short drive there was a wide selection of restaurants and bars. we would recommend reading the guest book as there are plenty of suggestions of great places and restaurants to visit and also the ones to avoid. the manager was fantastic and gave us some great tips of places to visit and eat and was very welcoming when we arrived. it was our first holiday for a few years and after a stressful year was a really nice and relaxing break. we enjoyed it so much we have booked for next yr and are looking forward to it.
We have just returned from a 7 night stay at Villa Stella and have had a wonderful time! The villa is well maintained and spotlessley clean. It has everything that you could need and the location is peaceful and relaxing. We have stayed in several rental villas in the Coral Bay area and this one was by far the best! Gary and Louise who manage the property were really helpful and friendly too.
Winding up through the banana plantations after a short drive along the coast road from Paphos brings you to Peyia where the Villa Stella is located on the hillside overlooking Coral Bay. Peyia is a very typical Cypriot village. A beautiful ancient church forms the heart of the village while the narrow streets and alleyways are full of old and interesting houses adorned with colourful flowers and citrus trees. The village is still largely unspoilt with lively tavernas and friendly locals. You can also buy all your provisions including fresh meat and bread in the village stores; the early morning aroma of freshly baked bread, sweet and savoury local pastries and cakes coming from the Peyia bakery is almost too much
Things to do in the area include Paphos Bird Park, reptile park, horse riding, Akamas Peninsular & Lara Beach Nature Reserve (famous for turtles), hiking/walking, buggy safaris, 4 x 4 safaris, sea caves area, sailing and many more.
Golf: 4 Golf courses are within half an hours drive. Please ask for further details. We can access the lowest rates available at the new Elea Estate golf course (near Paphos airport).
**Please note that the same owners and managers are responsible for Villa Foster (730538)so if this villa is not available you will get the same great standards and service at this villa also.**
