The large terrace comes complete with gas bbq, sun loungers, large patio table and chairs. You can also enjoy the truly spectacular views of the sea at Denia and the National Park of Montgo from the private jacuzzi. The apartment is fully air conditioned (and has under floor heating in the unlikely event of a cold spell). It offers unrivalled luxury and quality during your holiday. The apartment complex has remote controlled access gates to the private undercover car parking area and a lift to all floors. There is a large communal outdoor swimming pool in beautiful landscaped gardens.

Local Amenities: The La Sella Urbanisation includes a 5-star Marriott Hotel with Spa, restaurants and a challenging 18-hole golf course.

Within walking distance of the apartment are horse riding stables, tennis courts(with coaching available), bar, restaurant and pizzeria, supermarket and pharmacy.

About Louise Rogers

The Rogers family live in rural North Wales. We have a 6-year-old daughter, whose ideal holiday involves sunshine, ice cream and a swimming pool. We try to spend as much time in Spain as possible, and hence the apartment is very much our 'home from home'.

We bought the apartment because we love the area, and wanted a family 'bolt hole' in the sunshine (we live in Wales and it rains a lot!)

What makes this apartment unique

We spent a lot of time looking for our ideal holiday home. It was the view from the balcony that made us pick this apartment. We love the warm evenings on the terrace, with the lights of Denia in the distance. We also love the fact that we are not overlooked - nobody can see how much wine we are drinking!

  • There are two large and well-appointed bedrooms, decorated in a contemporary and comfortable style, with marble floors throughout and recessed spotlights.The Master bedroom has a double bed, armchair, bedside cabinets and lamps. The en-suite bathroom has both bath and shower, sink, WC and bidet. The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside cabinet, lamp and a separate shower room with sink and WC. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample storage space. Each bedroom is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning and electrically operated blinds. Patio doors from each bedroom lead directly onto the large private terrace. All bed linens and towels are provided.

Within a short walk of the apartment there are a number of useful facilities including a shop, pharmacy and excellent pizza restaurant (with Sky Sports). Tennis courts and coaching are also available at La Sella (visible from the terrace, enquire at the restaurant). There are riding stables a short walk away. The apartment comes with satellite television including some SKY channels. There is a DVD library with numerous films. Welcome packs are available if you are arriving late. Highchairs and cots are also available at an additional charge. We have local agents who can assist with any queries you may have during the course of your holiday.

5 Star Holiday Apartment

We had the great pleasure of staying at this Apartment for 3 weeks from 10th December 2016 to 2nd January 2017

The moment we entered the apartment we felt at home. We can see that Louise and Daniel take great pride in their holiday apartment. The furnishings are comfortable, everything is kept very clean and in it’s place (cutlery in the right drawer, books in the shelf, DVDs in a case by the TV etc. – which is not always the case in other places we have stayed). The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to cook and serve meals. We have stayed at other apartments at Las Mimosas and return for the beautiful views. This apartment is by far the best we have rented.

On arrival, we were met by Mary who gave us the keys and explained everything we needed to know. There is also lots of information in the apartment regarding instructions on the appliances and tips for places to visit. Mary is just a phone call away if there are any problems – Terrific service!

We will certainly stay here again the next time we visit Spain.

Very nice, well equipped apartment.

A very nice apartment that had all the equipment, utensils etc needed, including free wi-fi. It was a well located and comfortable base from which to enjoy golf, visit the local towns and get up into the hills. Plenty to do and see in the area and it was great to sit in the hot tub and enjoy the views from the terrace, the view over the golf course to the Montgo National park being particularly nice. Mary, who looks after the apartment locally, was really helpful in sorting out any issues and providing advice about local restaurants etc. We'd go back there without hesitation.

Wonderful apartment very clean and had all the comforts of home

Excellent booking and contact with the owner Louise a pleasure to deal with. This flat has everything you could wish for in a 5 star holiday apartment. We were delighted with the location but you do need a car but that did not present any problems for us. First clas holiday in a first class apartment.

Very good apartment with lovely views

The listing was accurate and the apt very well presented and extras such as beach chairs available for use. The jacuzzi on the terrace was good for relaxing. The shared pool was well maintained and the owner and support in Spain were very helpful. There is a restaurant/bar and small shop on site but a car is essential to visit local area/beaches at eg Denia or Xabia. Would definitely recommend the property for a v. comfortable and well appointed apartment in a good area.

Sunny Easter Holiday

We spent 6 days in this wonderful apartment. This 2 bedroom apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Tennis courts, a small mini market and the Giramondo restaurant are nearby. A rental car is necessary. The welcome service was very helpful. The jacuzzi was down because of problems with the heater. An technician was organized for the next day (saturday). He resolved the problem. We have had an excellent time and would highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic apartment with stunning views

We enjoyed a two week stay at this exceptional apartment with with our two teenagers (19 and 16). We found the apartment to be very spacious, clean and well-appointed with everything you could possibly need for your stay.

Most our out time whilst at the apartment was spent on the very spacious and private terrace which has stunning views that can be enjoyed by day or at night. The jacuzzi on the terrace just added to the luxury feel of the apartment.

The listing details and previous reviews are totally accurate - this really is a fantastic place to stay!

A car is certainly recommended if you want to appreciate the area to its best - Denia and Xabia are within easy reach, as are a number of good beaches. We also visited Altea and the Algar waterfalls which are just a short distance away. We also went to Valencia which is about an hour's drive away but well worth the journey. We spent time in the city before going to the Science Museum, Oceanographic buildings etc. which were excellent.

All in all, we enjoyed a great stay with great weather in a fantastic apartment and had a relaxing holiday as well as visiting some really nice places.

All the arrangements were handled really well by Louise and everything went according to plan both before and during our stay.

We don't usually return to the same place following a stay (there are plenty of new places to visit) but we could be tempted to return to this one!!

On the prestigious LA SELLA golf resort with its challenging 18-hole golf course this luxurious apartment is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful beaches and countryside of the Costa Blanca. It is located close to the coastal resorts of DENIA and JAVEA, famous for their beaches, bars, shops and restaurants. Just a short drive inland you have the beautiful & peaceful JALON and ORBA valleys with their charming villages surrounded by orange, almond, & olive groves. An hour to the North is VALENCIA, with its historical and cultural attractions including the architectural wonders of the Science Park & ‘L’OCEANOGRAFIC’, the largest marine aquarium in Europe. Less than one hours’ drive to the South are the great family attractions of 'AQUALANDIA' water theme park, or 'MUNDOMAR' the animal water park, & 'TERRA MITICA' one of Europe's largest family theme parks. The apartment is only minutes away from the motorway and almost equidistant from the airports at Alicante & Valencia.

Golf: The Costa Blanca is an ideal golfer's destination. The nearby La Sella course (partly designed by Jose Maria Olazabal) is 18 holes, par 72 with a further 9 currently under construction. The course is challenging, and beautifully located in wonderful scenery at the foot of the Montgo Mountain. Lessons are available at the golf academy; there is a shop and a bar/restuaraunt overlooking the 10th tee.

The 18-hole course at Oliva Nova is a short drive away. Designed and built by Seve Ballesteros, this is a par 72 links course of 6,350 m with a slope of 120 and many water obstacles. In Javea there is a 9-hole course, with 2 putting greens, driving range, tennis courts, and swimming pool with a paddling pool for young children.

Further afield there are many good courses in the Alicante and Valencia area, all of which are within driving distance.
