'Real and spectacular' describes your ocean sunset view from your own lanai. This beautiful condo with two bedrooms and 2 baths is fully furnished and is located in Fort Myers Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. It is 70 miles south of Sarasota, 30 miles directly north of Naples, and 12 miles south of the airport. The sub-tropical temperatures in this area lends itself to bold colored flowers, lush flowering trees, Royal Palm trees, and extensive fauna.

The condo is just a few steps from the flour soft sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico. This corner condominium unit is large, light, and airy. There is a large window area in the breakfast nook. An open counter area with bar stools also makes for a comfy eating area or bar set up. There is a dining room for more formal dining. There is a lot of closet/storage space. The condominium's corner location offers lanai views of not only the ocean sunset but also the island of Sanibel Island to the northeast and Naples to the south.

One block from the Fish Tale Marina complete with outdoor restaurant, boat slips, power and sail boat rental, charter fishing, and a complete marine store. Why Susan Arnold chose Florida South Central Gulf Coast

We chose this property because of the location on Estero island and the Gulf view from the balcony. Because this condo is an end unit, there is light coming in from two sides. Also the kitchen is larger than other units in the building and has two windows in it as well as a little breakfast area. When you walk in the front door and look out the windows you will be speechless to describe the view.

What makes this condo unique

The unique benefits are the location of the Sand Caper toward the south end of the island. The EXPANSIVE Gulf beach consists of flour like white sand. The Holiday Inn is next door which has a Pinchers Seafood restaurant. A few more steps on the sand and you can be at the Outrigger tiki bar and restaurant. Many amenities across the street at the Fish Tale Marina.
