Our short stay in Portsmouth was made more memorable by our stay in this lovely apartment. It was so close to all the shops and restaurants in Gunwharf Quays we never had to use our car. The owners were so helpful and met us at the entry gates. The apartment was spotlessly clean and was a lovely change from a hotel, much better than having to get two rooms. This property is great for shoppers and history buffs.Gunwharf Quays is at your doorstep and it's just a short walk to Portsmouth Historic Dockyards, Southsea Castle, D-Day Museum, ferries to the continent and the Isle of Wight. The apartment is very quiet and well appointed. The owners are thoughtful and easy to work with. Just a delightful experience overall.
We booked both the Vulcan and Vulcan 2 buildings for a family trip home to Portsmouth.
From the very first email enquiring about availability to the return of our security deposit the service from the owners,Neeraj & Joanne was exemplary.
The flats are beautiful and contain everything we required for our stay. The mix of the modern contemporary decor with the age of the building works really well. With the shops and restaurants on your door step the location is perfect. Train and bus station are within walking distance if going further. After arrival we did not see Neeraj and Joanne again but knowing the owners live onsite was great if any questions arose.
We would highly recommend these flats and hope to return soon.
We came to stay at this property on the weekend of the Great South Run and whilst we were fortunate with the weather, we were even luckier with this apartment. The owners were so friendly and helpful that we're already making plans to return next year.

Car parking is for one vehicle with additional parking available nearby. The apartment is available from 4pm on the first day of booking until 10am on day of departure. Weekend and daily rates are available on request. A £120.00 deposit is taken on arrival and returned on satisfactory inspection of property a week after departure.
A standard non-returnable deposit of 50% of the rate is taken at the time of booking. The balance is required to reach us at least 8 weeks prior to your visit. Last minute bookings can be paid for in full by cheque, cash or telegraphic transfer at the time of booking. All prices include daily utility allowance, linen and towels.
