The main floor of this cottage features an open kitchen, eating and living area with a walkout to the large deck with glass rails overlooking beautiful Kamaniskeg Lake.
The living room has large picture windows and there is a 60 inch LED TV with surround sound and outdoor speakers as well! There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a sliding door walkout to the deck and fantastic lake view. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. the four piece washroom is on this level.
The lower level features a large living area with p/o couch and a large bedroom with ceiling fan. The lower level living area has a sliding door walkout to the large grassy level lot and lake. The water is a sandy shallow entry and slopes to approximately 4 feet deep at the end of the 72-foot dock. You can walk out approximately 150 feet before the water is approximately 6 feet deep. Enjoy the campfire, the lake, the views and this scenic area!

Kamaniskeg Lake offers approx. 90 km of boating, as it is connected to the Madawaska River.
The lake itself is approx 7200 acres in size with a maximum depth of 133 feet.
Fish species include Lake Trout, Pickerel, Small Mouth Bass and Northern Pike.
The town of Barry’s Bay is at the northern end of the lake, and Combermere is at the south.
