Condos 4 and 6 share a front balcony/entryway and may be rented together and combined to accommodate up to 12 guests. Or add 3, 5, 7 and/or 8 to accommodate up to 36 family and friends in the same building! You will be staying within walking distance of all of the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may chose to dine out every night. All of our properties are child friendly, family vacation rentals. All renters must be 25 years of age or older, or, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
