The master bath features a walk-in shower and the second bath has a shower/tub combination. This South Padre Island vacation getaways is tastefully furnished throughout with great colors and tropical accents. With a King size bed in the master suite, a single/double bunk combination in the second bedroom and quality sofa sleeper in the living room, this condo accommodates up to 6 overnight guests comfortably. Condos 3, 5 and 7 may be rented together and combined to accommodate up to 18 guests on the ground floor. Or add 4,6 and/or 8 upstairs to accommodate up to 36 family and friends in the same building! You will be staying within walking distance of all of the entertainment and restaurant venues on South Padre Island, so you may chose to dine out every night. But if you want to cook in, you will enjoy a beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops that is fully equipped. Additionally you will find a conveniently located charcoal grill in the backyard area adjacent to the pool area. A washer and dryer and 2 private parking spaces add convenience. Whether you enjoy the beach, a quiet pool, or the South Padre Island night life, (or all three!) this is the perfect location for your stress free South Padre Island Getaway! All of our properties are child friendly, family vacation rentals. All renters must be 25 years of age or older, or, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For Spring Break / Semana Santa all rental guests must comply with a families only restriction.
