About Barb and Chuck Brown
We are empty nesters. We moved from a 5 bedroom home out in suburbia to a smaller home in the city. We love it here. Barb is a retired public health nurse. Now is an adjunct nursing faculty for Xavier University, which is only about two miles away. Home is kept meticulously clean and neat. Chuck is a maintenance manager for a hydroponics company in Cincinnati. He loves to work outside in our yard, and keeps our home looking great!
Barb and Chuck Brown purchased this House in 2013

Great spot in nice location
Very good everall experience.
Thanks you for staying in our home, and thank you for the nice review.
A wonderful property in a beautiful neighborhood. House was comfortable, had plenty of room for our family, who were in town for a week for a family wedding. No issues at all!
Great location, just a short drive from Cincinnati
This house worked out great for our trip to Cincinnati with 5 adults and a toddler. The oldest in the group celebrated her 89th birthday while we were there, so having 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor was awesome! The 2nd floor is a giant master bedroom, so there was plenty of floor space to put up the pack & play for the toddler to sleep in. The finished basement was a nice addition and allowed the toddler to be as loud as he wanted, without worrying about waking the rest of the group.
The location was good. We could walk to go get coffee in the morning and it was just a short drive into Cincinnati for a ball game and to visit the Newport Aquarium. We would definitely stay here again.
Girl friend weekend
The home was beautiful - everything we needed was there. Owners went beyond our expectations with snacks and beverages. Home was clean and tidy - front porch and back balcony were lovely. The home was perfect for the six of us and we truly enjoyed our stay.
Great place to stay! Owners were very accommodating and always available if needed. Would stay here again!
Thanks for staying in our home, we are happy that you enjoyed your stay!!
You’re welcome back anytime you visit Cincinnati in the future.
Super clean! Very comfortable. Very nice neighborhood, within walking distance of a neat little upscale shopping area. Check in was very easy. Yet another great Vrbo experience. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
