Hi! We're Cliff and Jenni and we live in a most beautiful location! It's so nice, we'd like to share it with you. We've been blessed to have been able to travel extensively around the world, and to stay in a home rather that a hotel is one of the best things about travelling, for us.
Cliff purchased this House in 2016
Why Cliff chose Auckland City
Being near the water is a big part of our lives. We love boating and fishing, plus in this location we get the added benefit of watching yachts racing on the harbour, right in front of us. Also, we are so close to the Viaduct Basin - a must do for travellers. We love biking and walking around this beautiful suburb. You will too!

We spent the first five days of our six weeks NZ trip at this cute, coisy Place. Just perfect to recover from jetlag and still in walking distance from the City Center. The apartment is very well equipped! Thanks a lot.
Great! So glad you had a great start to your holiday!
A fantastic view.
Yes the view is fantastic! Something to look at all the time.
The motorway below did not disturb us during our stay.
The place is small but clean and cosy, off street parking a bonus.
We were able to walk to Westhaven via a bridge over the motorway(Jacobs Ladder) and would recommend Billfish, or Buoy, cafes for coffee or brunch.
We found Cliff toeasy to communicate with, and he was prompt with our enquiries.
Glad you enjoyed your stay. It was lovely to meet you and you would be welcome back again!
Million Dollar Visit
Tremendous location, right in the heart of this beautiful city -- short walking distance (20 min) to the ferries and the central business district (also an inexpensive Uber ride, if walking is not your thing), and to the restaurants, bars and nightlife on Ponsonby Road. Jenni and Cliff were easily accessible and quick to respond as little questions came up here and there. And the view -- true to its' name. Not to be missed.
Thanks Dan for choosing to stay at our house, and we're glad you enjoyed yourself. You were great to communicate with and we'd welcome you back any day!
Great view, obviously. Close enough to walk to ferry terminal, etc. I would highly recommend this property. We had a great time!
Fabulous View of Aukland Harbor
We really enjoyed our stay at your house in Hearn Bay. The view of the harbor and Harbor Bridge from the deck, especially at night, was magical. The house is cute and livable. We loved walking through the neighborhood of historical homes and it's a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Ponsonby street. With a longer walk we we were able to walk a path down to Aukland Marina. If we get back to Aukland I'd love to stay here again. Debbie
So glad to hear you enjoyed our house, the view and the area. We would welcome you back!
What a beautiful location and view!
This location was such a wonderful find. The apartment was perfect for two people, complete with a wonderful porch with the most spectacular view. It was an easy walk to downtown Auckland, and about a 35 minute Uber ride from the airport. We loved being able to sit on the deck to sip coffee or wine, as well as open the windows and door when the weather was nice. The owners provide use of a fairly well-stocked pantry, which cut down on our need to purchase some of the staples at the grocery store (milk, coffee, tea, butter, etc). Having access to wifi and laundry was also a huge bonus for us.
Thankyou Cindy for choosing to stay at our home! We're so glad you enjoyed the marvellous views it has to offer, and its central locality. You left the house in immaculate condition and we would welcome you back!
