Royal palm trees line the entryway to the Estero Beach & Tennis Club where the Condo is located. You will find an abundance of bold colored flowers and fauna in this sub-tropical paradise. The 3rd floor Condo (Unit 308B) is fresh, airy, and fully-furnished. The color scheme is 'restful.' You will enjoy the well-sized patio complete with furniture.
Out the door on the 1st floor, then passed the Nature Preserve, you will find yourself on the white floury, soft, expansive beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Tiki bars and restaurants line the beach. The Condo is located within 'pleasant' walking distance to the Santini Plaza (grocery, post office, bank, restaurants, clothing shops, drug store and more). 1 block from the Fish Tale Marina complete with outdoor restaurant, boat slips, power and sail boat rental, charter fishing, and a complete marine store.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET IS AVAILABLE IN THE COVERED AND SEMI ENCLOSED PATIO AREA ON THE GROUND FLOOR.
The Condo has an elevator. There is a heated pool. Open parking for guests and their visitors.

Ron and Susan: We both grew up in Michigan and attended Eastern Michigan University. We spent 3 years in Germany while in military service. After Germany job opportunities became available in Wisconsin and that is where we have been for the past 38 years.

We have always loved the Gulf of Mexico and Fort Myers Beach. The gulf beach is right out the back door. The flour like sand is amazing. The beach is uncrowded and you can walk it for miles picking up sea shells along the way. The sunsets are magnificent. It is idyllic.
EBT is located towards the south end of the island. The Fish Tale Marina across the street provides you with restaurants, shops, etc. It is quieter on this end and not as congested as you head north into Times Square. The trolly is available right across the street so you can take it to the grocery store (Publix) or into town and not have to worry about traffic.
Owner Susan is FANTASTIC! She was very accommodating to us as last minute renters. Unit was very clean. We had a toilet problem, but Marion took care of it right away. This unit is perfect for 2 people. For those of you who are used to a dishwasher, there isn't one, but with only 2 people this is not a problem. Also, there wasn't a hair dryer in the unit (I forgot to look closely at the listing!) but CVS is basically across the street and I now have a new blow dryer! Susan mailed us instructions as to check in and how to get to Estero Beach & Tennis AND local shopping/restaurants. We have stayed at other units in this complex, but Susan's instructions sheets were the best. Also, we received our deposit back super fast. I only rated this as "good" as we have stayed at other units that were more up to date, but don't let that scare you from renting from Susan, you won't be disappointed staying at EBT. The beach is only steps away! You will meet very nice people and you can't beat the wonderful weather of Fort Myers Beach.
When we arrived we were supposed to pick up keys @1PM from caretaker. Not on premises, said it would be at least an hour or more. OK, went and got food came back and the keys were where they were suppose to be. No problem. Went up to our apt and found carpet noticeably soiled and TV in bedroom area did not work. Called caretaker she came and said yes it is soiled and I will have to call my nephew to fix TV. Next day found note after walk, saying TV fixed. Wrong No signal! The mattress needs to be replaced. Def sag to one side. After showering, I noticed long dark hair sticking to the bottom of my feet. The bathroom rug was covered w/dust, and hair that was the same color as the rug. I really feel the cleaning fee is a scam! Whatever they are paying the cleaning crew is way too much! Not clean! The complex was really nice and we would go back there, but not to that particular unit. . Also, Marion, the caretaker was so taken up w/all of her responsibilities, 35 Units, way too many, she did not have time for us!
I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE YOU A SATELLITE VIEW OF THE PROPERTY BUT THE COMPUTER PROGRAM PLACES EBT TOO FAR NORTH ON THE MAP.
Places we like: Parrot Key on the Bay: Depart EBT turn L (north). Continue over bridge. Take first RIGHT (Main St). Doc Ford's on the Bay: Same as above but turn LEFT when you go over the bridge. Bonita Bills (great views of shrimp fleet) next to Doc Fords. The Big Catch next to Parrot Key. Coconut Jacks - Exit EBT and turn RIGHT. Stay on Estero Blvd. til it turns into Bonita Beach Road. C Jacks on the LEFT.

The owner will author and mail a contract to the renter detailing all costs and provisions of the rental. 25% of the rent will be due when the renter returns the contract to the owner. Final payment is due 42 days prior to occupancy. Cancellation policy is different than VRBO site. Full policy available by contacting owner when booking. Owner will also collect the required 11% transient rental sales tax (6% State + 5% Lee County).
